confirmation de la réservation

petit souci dans la reservation ,il y avait un petit hic car ai été prevenue qu'il n'y avait pas de chambres à 2 lits dans celles demandées ,ai répondu à la question en disant que j'acceptais de prendre une autre avec vue sur mer plus chÚre mais n'ai pas eu de confirmation pour cela.....

la camera mi Ú sembrata più da due stelle

la camera mi Ú sembrata più da due stelle che tre stelle.
Sul sito hotel.de si dice che ogni camera ha Wi-Fi, ma nella mia e in camera di altri il segnale era assente. Io ed un altro ospite uscivamo dalle nostre camere per connetterci alla rete dell hotel ricevibile solo stando fuori dalla camera sul piano. 75€ a notte per questo tipo di servizio troppo caro.

Mauvaise coordination

Bonjour,
L'hotel réservé sur votre site internet était complet lorsque nous sommes arrivés à destination. NB : cela nous semblait en effet bizarre car sur booking il était indiqué que l’hÃŽtel était complet, mais bon l'espoir fait vivre...

Prenotazione cancellata

Nonostante la regolare prenotazione, il giorno successivo ho ricevuto una mail che mi informava che la prenotazione Ú stata annullata. Impossibile riprenotare la stessa struttura perché le tariffe sono aumentante. Volo era già prenotato.

I made an error in the date

I made an error in the date, i had indicated the date as july 2, 2017 but
wanted the date to be for june 11, 2017. When I tried to contact the hotel
they told me I had to call some number in Germany this coming Monday,
the 12th of June. I had to do another reservation through the hotel and
will wind up with paying for two days.
