Hôtel plein centre. Renseignements sur les restaurants des alentours. Matelas neuf, chambre confortable, petite salle de bains mais fonctionnelle pour une nuit.

Wrong hotel information on the website. I booked and didn't even realize they took me to an entire different area of the country and gave me prices and a booking. When I got my confirmation it was in a different language and I had a hard time figuring out how to get it cancelled. When I sent them an email nobody responded. Don't use them!

Ecco la esperienza negativa...
Ho prenotato al Veraclub di San Vincenzo (LI) due notti per questo ponte del 2 Giugno.
Invogliato da prezzo interessante, procedo alla prenotazione.
Ricevo la mail di conferma, sembra tutto a posto e mi vengono prelevati i soldi dalla carta di credito.
Mi presento in hotel, la mia prenotazione NON ESISTE.
L'hotel mi fa presente che non era stata accettata in quanto pieno.
Chiamo il numero verde in Italia e non risponde nessuno.
Chiamo direttamente in Germania, mi rispondono che a loro dire mi avevano mandato una mai di annullamento il gg prima della partenza. Cosa non vera.
Nel pieno di un fine settimana di tutto esaurito, ho trovato una stanza per solo una notte, a 200 euro solo dormire.
Dalla Germania mi hanno scritto che si scusano per il disguido e mi renderanno i soldi.
Vorrei anche vedere il contrario!!!

Bij aankomst bleek het hotel over boekt te zijn.hotel had voor ons een ander hotel in scheveningen geboekt en ookal betaald. Dit hotel deed volstrekt niet aan de verwachtingen.hele kleine kamer . Maar nog erger was helemaal geen parkeerplaats.we moesten maar bij de haven parkeren of in 1 van de parkeergarages .nou deze waren allemaal vol en ook een heel eind van het hotel.bij de haven wat trouwens ook ver van het hotel lag wel 20 minuten lopen durfde wij onze auto niet neer te zetten . Slechte zaak dus. Hebben besloten om maar naar huis tegaan.wel 2 uur rijden .dit dus nooit meer. Weg geld.

Ho prenotato a Terracina, ho chiesto una variazione di date : OK per l'albergo, che mi ha pregato di notificarlo a voi : l'ho fatto oltre una settimana fa, nessuna risposta !
Due mesi fa ho prenotato a Malta, all'arrivo all'hotel non c'era alcunaq prenotazione...
Non siete affidabili, non credo che lavorerò più con voi

Prima site. Handig in het gebruik en snelle resultaten. Groot aanbod aan hotels.

Ma réservation n'as pas être pris en compte par l'hôtel. En effet l'hôtel en question était déjà complet bien avant ma réservation (22h30).
Et pour finir mon interlocuteur d'hotel.info ne parler qu'allemand.
Rechercher un autre hôtel sur Paris à 2h du matin c'est un régal.
NE SURTOUT PAS EFFECTUER DE RESERVATION SUR CE SITE.

Old hotel, pleasant staff but the car park is too small, therefore you need to park on the road, the room isn't as described (think lots of old pine formerly from a travel lodge), the rest of the room facilities are there (tick in the box) but they're minimal. The shower was weak, the shower gel is barely enough to do one person once, the bed mattress was soggy, the TV was basic and the view if you're not at the front of the hotel (I wasn't despite paying a premium) is of an awful back street where people go to be sick and pee after coming out of the pubs (yes that's also where the car park is) also, the room even without heating was too hot and opening the window brings in smelly air from the street backed up by a noisy generator/air con unit whirring away all night. If you're over 50 or have kids none of this may bother you and this is the bracket most fell into in the hotel. The breakfast and drinks are well done, so as a restaurant it would get 3*, but as a hotel 1* and it puts you off visiting Llandudno again.

I would like a confirmation email from the hotel as the hotel.info email says it has passed on my request. This does not verify if my booking is secured.
