Très bel hôtel, très confortable. Accueil attentionné.

Hotel da evitare, frigo bar non presente in camera, condizionatore non funzionante.
Alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto che non c'èrano alternative.

Non tornero mai piu, lo sconsiglio fortemente.

Reservo una habitación con clara denominación INDIVIDUAL, y a la llegada al destino me comunican en recepción que es COLECTINA Y NADA MENOS QUE DE SEIS PERSONAS en litera, de distintos sexos, razas y costumbres higiénicas (nada mas entrar en la habitación, del olor me tuve que ir a otro hotel)

hotel.info is possibly the best site for bookings in Europe! I booked multiple hotels and guest house locations throughout August of 2016 and every single one was exactly what was expected.
There were no problems at any of the locations and all accommodations were exactly as described.
I strongly recommend that you use hotel.info for all of your European reservations. You will not be disappointed!

When I made the reservation It stated i could cancel it within 24 hours. I tried to cancel it on line less than an hour after I made it but got an online response that it could not be canceled, I tried to call their number and got a no answer I called back several hours later and finally got it canceled after pointing out the difference in time zones between Germany and the United States. The hotel owner Himself was very nice but Unless I get an apology from Expedia and some financial compensation I don"t plan to ever use Expedia again

Such a great reception. The lady of the house was very kind and helpful. when we asked about public transport she offered us to bring us to the station. The stay was very clean, in a quiet neighbourhood and close to all public transport. Great value for money!

Realizaron mi reservación, sin embargo, cuando me llegó email de confirmación, hablé al hotel para confirmar 3 días después y ellos ni sabian ni habian sido notificados, afortunadamente despues si les llegó el aviso... Me dieron un susto...

Inaceptable que busques hotel para una fecha concreta y modifiquen los filtros y finalmente reserves para una fecha que no te interesa.
Ademas, al intentar ponerte en contacto con ellos, por teléfono te tienen mas de 20 min esperado y no te pasan con ningún operador y en cuanto a la comunicación por correo, lo mismo, por que envié un correo hace 3 días y todavía continuo sin respuesta.

Lugar lamentable para hacer reservas de hoteles, esto pasa por salirnos de los habituales, booking, expedia o nautalia.

Created a reservation paid by card. Website said that the amount immediately charged. After nearly 1 month received a mail that card was not valid and should provide card within 48 hrs. Would like to do that but:
- 1st the website. Whether it is hotel.de, hsr.de or what the hell... got a lot of emails from different source
- found the reservation which includes no link just the telephone number. Crazy. Is it still the 18th century?
- get to the hotel.de, where without registration I cannot search for my reservation number.
- so registered and even that cannot find my reservation nor with the reservation number neither with cancellation code. Seems deleted however I've got still 36 hrs. left.
