Excellent customer service, no pushy sales staff.
Emily came out designed and measured our kitchen, gave us lots of ideas and guidance to our perfect kitchen. Emily gave us confidence to buy with Howdens
When we went into Howdens in Cannock all staff were extremely helpful and polite, couldn’t do enough to help.
If you are looking for a new kitchen we highly recommend Howdens.

Pleased with every aspect of the kitchen from initial design right through to delivery. Emily Healy was very helpful, no pressure, no rush, just helpful in getting the kitchen that we wanted.

Recently needed an extra length of MDF skirting.As it needed to be the same profile, it was necessary to purchase from Howden. I successfully managed to purchase the skirting.(a fete in itself). As the skirtings are 4.2 in length I needed to cut it in half to get in my truck. I asked to use a saw ,which is normally available in all other trade outlets. No sir was the reply we do not have a saw available for customer use. However we can sell you one. Yes that is correct. Unbelievable. Enquireing for what reason, I was told for health and safety or they get stolen. Take your pick.
After futile discussion with counter and warehouse staff I was resolved to buying a saw, but not from Howden.
I walked across the car park to Screwfix shop and purchased the saw.
I don’t realistically expect my experience to influence anything. But I will not be using the store again.

Went into Howdens in Cannock for a kitchen design early morning. Kitchen was designed picked and delivered a couple of hours later. Service from the Cannock branch was excellent and delivery was brilliant with drivers helping into the house. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Visited Howden’s store today in Cannock, to purchase thumb turns and bathroom sash locks. The sales assistant Beth , was able to answer all my questions. I was satisfied with her knowledge and advice the best items to purchase. Her customer skills were outstanding, she was very professional and polite. Excellent service Beth

The service at howdens (Cannock branch) was amazing from the initial kitchen design to delivery. The kitchen I ordered is very well built and installation was very simple even for a DIY person.

Ordered Doors asked for a call when they were in didn’t get a call doos we’re ok bit thinner than i expected 15mm instead of 18mm(normal) but colour was good

Fantastic service from Howdens from start to finish. Sarah at the Cannock branch was brilliant, she really helped us to design a functional kitchen that incorporated all of our requirements. We had multiple meetings to ensure we were happy with the design and lots of email exchanges, nothing was an issue. We had a couple of items that arrived damaged or were missing and these were quickly and efficiently replaced without any issues. Thank you for helping us create our dream kitchen.

We chose the Elmbridge in Dove Grey for our kitchen and Elmbridge dusk blue for our utility.

We recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens in Cannock and, "wow, what an amazing result".

Our advisor from Howdens was Sarah Brearley, who came out to our house, took measurements, asked us what was important to us and then set about producing a design.
Sarah was absolutely amazing, helping to guide us through the vast choice that Howdens have, explaining what she felt would work well and why, taking the time to produce many designs over several weeks until we had the exact kitchen that we wanted, with maximum storage, whilst not reducing the size or feel of the kitchen space.

We needed all our appliances in the kitchen as well as a good space for our dogs.
Sarah ticked every box.

We have now had the kitchen fitted by farther and Son team (Steve Kilner - SK Home improvement Ltd & Matt Kilner - MK Bathrooms).

The results are amazing, and the quality of the materials and appliances is second to none - we are over the moon and have had countless comments and praise from our guests.

I would Highly recommend Howdens, Sarah Brearley as a designer and our kitchen fitters.

Since using Howdens in Cannock, I can't think of any major problems that I've had, the staff are always helpful and friendly, especially Beth on the sales counter. She has always sorted out any minor issues that I've had quickly and efficiently. My orders are always ready to collect on time thanks to Beth. A great branch with friendly staff.

Emily at Howdens Cannock as designed and helped us plan our new kitchen she listened to us and guided and had great suggestions on all aspects of the design. Very professional but so friendly and patient since this was not a planned remodel. This has been a stressful time since we had a burst pipe and lots of water damage, leading to us having to completely replace the kitchen units. Thank you Emily and Howdens.

We decided to use Howdens after a long time of looking around for kitchens. We made the right choice for us.
A gentleman called Tom from Cannock store came to the house and measured up. He was very polite and knew his stuff.
During the kitchen fit, there were a few items that needed to go back, but this was all done expeditiously under the supervision of Tom .
I can highly recommend Tom and Howdens. If you do need a kitchen, they have something for everyone.
