Howdens - Cannock レビュー 

We recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens in Cannock and, "wow, what an amazing result".

Our advisor from Howdens was Sarah Brearley, who came out to our house, took measurements, asked us what was important to us and then set about producing a design.
Sarah was absolutely amazing, helping to guide us through the vast choice that Howdens have, explaining what she felt would work well and why, taking the time to produce many designs over several weeks until we had the exact kitchen that we wanted, with maximum storage, whilst not reducing the size or feel of the kitchen space.

We needed all our appliances in the kitchen as well as a good space for our dogs.
Sarah ticked every box.

We have now had the kitchen fitted by farther and Son team (Steve Kilner - SK Home improvement Ltd & Matt Kilner - MK Bathrooms).
Completed on 15.06.23
The results are amazing, and the quality of the materials and appliances is second to none - we are over the moon and have had countless comments and praise from our guests.

I would Highly recommend Howdens, Sarah Brearley as a designer and our kitchen fitters.

Since using Howdens in Cannock, I can't think of any major problems that I've had, the staff are always helpful and friendly, especially Beth on the sales counter. She has always sorted out any minor issues that I've had quickly and efficiently. My orders are always ready to collect on time thanks to Beth. A great branch with friendly staff.

Emily at Howdens Cannock as designed and helped us plan our new kitchen she listened to us and guided and had great suggestions on all aspects of the design. Very professional but so friendly and patient since this was not a planned remodel. This has been a stressful time since we had a burst pipe and lots of water damage, leading to us having to completely replace the kitchen units. Thank you Emily and Howdens.

We decided to use Howdens after a long time of looking around for kitchens. We made the right choice for us.
A gentleman called Tom from Cannock store came to the house and measured up. He was very polite and knew his stuff.
During the kitchen fit, there were a few items that needed to go back, but this was all done expeditiously under the supervision of Tom .
I can highly recommend Tom and Howdens. If you do need a kitchen, they have something for everyone.

Service was excellent as usual.

We saw Kelly at the Cannock branch and from start to finish she was brilliant! We had already designed our kitchen with another retail but the experience with Howdens was far better so we decided to go with them. Kelly helped us with a different design that’s far better! It’s now installed and we couldn’t be happier!

Kelly from the Cannock brand was great from start to finish, she came out and measured for where we needed new kitchen units etc for our kitchen we had extended, she sent us many cgi images of the kitchen so we could see what the kitchen would look like which was really helpful, everything was smooth from start to finish, would 100% use Howdens again.

I used the Cannock depot. Tom the manager, and kelly the designer were very helpful. Highly recommend them and will use again.

I ordered my kitchen from Howdens Cannock and have to say Sarah was very good in assisting me with the design. Due to having an extension the design had to be adapted a few times which was dealt with professionally by Sarah. The Kitchen was delivered on time and fitted over the Christmas period but unfortunately there was damage to several items. Unfortunately Howdens was closed over the Christmas period that I was not aware of. However upon contacting Howdens they resolved my issues speedily but unfortunately I had to pay my kitchen fitter a further fee to come back and rectify the damage. I cannot fault the service of Howdens and I love my kitchen now but I am out of pocket due to receiving damaged goods. Even if it had not been the Christmas period i would still have had to pay my kitchen fitter a further fee as the damaged goods replacement which have gone into an extra day

I dealt with Connor Nittlehales at Cannock branch. I’m going through cancer treatment and requested some utility units that were within my budget. Connor arranged for units to be supplied and delivered free of charge.

He has outstanding customer service and highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service, had a problem with our sink just outside the warranty period and when the manufacturer did not want to help the crew and in particular Thomas Walker managed to come up with a solution and replaced the composite sink with a waste kit free of charge. We will recommend this branch to anyone who's looking for a kitchen package

Kitchen delivered by Howdens, Kelly the kitchen consultant was very helpful and came up with some really good ideas.
Good service from Howdens all round, only given 4 stars due to the kitchen not being fitted yet 🤞🤞.

Exceptional service by Emily helped design a kitchen and advised on best option in style & layout.
