Absolutely zero complaints when using the CIPD Inform advice line. I can always get through really quickly and always makes my job in HR feel less alien when I speak to an actual human on the other end! I spoke with Farouk today, who was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions very efficiently.

Two years ago they would phone me nearly every day trying to get me to take out their subscription. I asked them to remove me from their list and to stop calling me. Finally they stopped. Now here we are again with their phone calls and hounding… absolute joke!
