Farouk was super helpful in simplifying the noise around the ER issue I was discussing with him. Also, even after keeping him on the phone for almost an hour, he was really patient and supportive. I felt properly listened to and went away much clearer in my thinking.

Then I had my onboarding with Lilian and she was so amazing! I had to cancel twice and she kept rescheduling regardless. As a HR professional, I sometimes need a second opinion or ‘sense-check’ that I’ve considered everything relating to complex cases. I spoke with Mobola Imafido today who helped me with assessing business risk in a particularly difficult case.
