Excellent experience during my call with Farouk, highly knowledgeable about the subject matter and pointed me to resources i could refer to in order to build my knowledge on the issue even after a detailed explanation to my questions. He also provided answers to questions he knew i would have, just to be sure i was well equipped on what i needed to know about shared parental leave (a highly dreaded topic in HR due to the complexities).
