HR Jetpack does a great job breaking down everything that is in the SHRM Learning Center and books. I participated in the live virtual classes and my instructor, Mark Fogel, was a great teacher who has a wealth of knowledge. HR Jetpack is designed to help you learn the material but more importantly learn how to think about the material strategically.

I was having a really hard time studying for the SHRM-SCP. There is so much information that you need to be able to absorb, and I didn't know how to start. It is truly information overload. I needed help - desperately. I Googled SHRM certification classes, and HR Jetpack was the first company to come up. I saw that they were a SHRM education partner, which made me feel better. With my busy schedule, it was critical that the classes be offered asynchronously. I was able to go at my own pace which helped tremendously. It was still very hard, but Christina broke it down into sections which made it more palatable.
This is more than just a SHRM prep class. Christina reaches out to you via email, LinkedIn, etc. to connect with you and check in. It was definitely worth the time, effort, and money that I put into this program.

What truly stood out was the unlimited support — whether it was answering questions, providing additional resources, or simply being there to encourage and push me forward when things felt tough.

Their instructors are not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in each learner’s success. I especially appreciated the live sessions, the flexible learning structure, and the clear strategies they provided for mastering difficult content areas.

Thanks to HRJETPACK, I didn’t just prepare for an exam — I grew as an HR professional. Highly recommended for anyone aiming to succeed in SHRM certifications with confidence and clarity.

Having previously attempting to prep for the SHRM by relying solely on myself and books, I came to realize that this method of studying wasn’t for me and I thrived in more classroom or instructor led courses. I decided to utilize HR JETPACK as it is a partner of SHRM and provided live classes and recordings for me. In addition, it provided access to the SHRM learning system which I also credit for giving me the knowledge to ace this exam!

I would recommend HR Jetpack to anyone looking to obtain professional HR certification. There are a variety of learning avenues, such as self-paced courses, live sessions, recorded sessions and the SHRM learning system, to name a few. The practice quizzes and supplemental materials are also helpful. I appreciate the comprehensive information provided. I felt sufficiently prepared to pass my exam.

HR Jetpack certification prep was a phenomenal experience! I was part of the course for a little over 5 months. I used the live sessions as life permitted and I used the self paced content! All was extremely helpful...all helping to understand how SHRM is trying to test my knowledge, gaining the understanding of my craft was invaluable! I successfully passed my CP exam and I can't thank HR Jetpack enough!!!

I took the SHRM Essentials of HR course and was super impressed with the high level of care. Whenever I had questions to either Christina or a tutor, they were timely and super helpful in answering. The course itself was very well structured and the content of Christina's essentials course (included) enabled me to effectively study and answer the questions in the long (just under 4h) exam. I'd highly recommend the company and the course. I'm sure I'll be taking more courses in the future.

I highly recommend HR Jetpack to anyone that is leading a team, managing a process, and/or performing HR functions in any capacity/position. Full disclosure, I subscribed for certification PDCs and my expectations were low, based on experiences with other providers. I realized after completing the first course that it was different and more thoughtfully produced to be easily digested and retained. The content is professionally presented and, most importantly, is ACTIONABLE. The courses that I have completed to date will be intentionally and thoughtfully prioritized and implemented in support of my companies' mission, vision and values.
