Wedding anniversary gift
When i popped into the store a few days before my wedding anniversary looking for a gift for my wife.
After a few minutes i found what i was looking for and a young lady asked if needed any help very polite she collected the item for me.
During payment just generally chatting I noticed that she had the same name as my wife and we joked about that.

Brilliant service both in store and online. Very helpful advice and we were given a lot of time and made to feel valued as customers. Every effort was made to make sure we can get our items in time and the order will be tracked to make sure there aren't any problems.

I ordered ring , firstly the price was increased at checkout !! Secondly I’ve still not received the ring 2 weeks later ! No correspondence from store I phoned and was told they don’t know where it is !!! I’m phoning again tomorrow ! Basingstoke store

Browsing your store
I came into your Basingstoke store to browse as I had a gift card to spend. The young lady was very helpful and while polishing the necklace that I purchased she noticed a black discoloration on the chain, without a second thought she replaced it straight away.
I was very impressed with the service and I always find your assistants very helpful and friendly.
