Long time to wait for collection
Hi.
No one is dedicated for collection services on this branch.You need to wait till some one finish with other in store customers then you will have your turn.Actually,no benefit from ordering online as you will stay any way in the queue and wait for long time.

At the moment, we are still following government guidelines and only allowed to have so many in a store at 1 time. Which may lead to a small queue out the store, so I do apologise for this.
