Customer care service is fast which is good :)
on the course content part, I was disappointed to not see explanation on test questions. it would be more helpful to see why certain answers are wrong.

I am happy to say both the course content and the customer service is excellent.
When I signed up for the course I have called the after hours number and I got a very quick response. I didn't expect that, it was a very nice surprise.
I also managed to use a payment plan option which makes it easier financially.
Overall a brilliant service. I highly recommend Hudson Courses to everyone.

Hudson is a highly regarded training provider with the world's most prestigious companies, when it comes to Six Sigma and their course content is second to none. It's worth the slightly higher price compared to the other training providers.

I have spoke to them On the phone and I’m still thinking to join cyber security but finger crossed 🤞 up to now.

I definitely recommend the Hudson course on Six Sigma Green Belt as it provided everything necessary for the successful passing of the exam. The training manual provides well-structured and easy to follow basis of Six Sigma, the e-learning modules are very detailed and a great compliment to the training manual. I especially enjoyed the webinars and they helped a lot during the revision phase. The test papers were instrumental during my exam preparation. Thanks a lot!

I would rate support provided at Hudson by the support team as 10/10. All my queries while registering for the course were answered promptly and helped my decision to enrol for the course easier. Also, when I requested for my invoice for payment, it was sent to me via mail quickly. Having a good support team for remote learning courses is really useful and helps me to stay calm. Once again thanks to the Hudson support team for all the help.

So far the course has been great, also really easy to set up and the customer service has made it a smooth process. Little need to contact Hudson directly, but when I have things have been resolved quickly.

The Hudson team were great - very accessible and helpful in answering many questions about the course content and other areas I wanted to know more about.
