Great customer service
I phoned to alter a new policy, I had an issue with my no claims discount, not caused by Hughes but an ongoing matter following a non fault RTC being dealt with by another insurer. I was frustrated, but the lad dealing with my query was awesome and did everything he could to make my situation better. He explained everything in full and detailed exactly what he was he was doing at every step. He was very patient with me and had me at ease during all of the call. I am a returning customer to Hughes Insurance and their customer service and experience is one of the reasons why. I would highly recommend Hughes Insurance.

I got a good price from Hughes’s which…
I got a good price from Hughes’s which made me happy as all other quotes where higher than theirs I spoke to a young man on the phone unfortunately I can’t remember his name he was very pleasant helpful and provided a very good service and it’s good to deal with local companies

Well I returned to Hughes insurance after 3 years , I had been a faithful customer of 20 years up until then and you just weren’t competitive.
Spoke to a lovely guy Ryan who arranged my new insurance policy.
