Thank you for your message - I’m sorry to hear your frustration around this situation.

I’ve taken the time to review your correspondence with our Customer Care team, and I can see that they have been responding promptly and keeping you updated throughout the investigation process.

Our team always works hard to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible. However, as I’m sure you can appreciate, we’re unable to send out replacement orders without confirmation from the carrier that a parcel has been lost.

That said, I’ve checked the latest update from our global team, which was shared around an hour ago, and it shows that the parcel has been marked as delivered to your building’s mail room.

Could I kindly ask you to check with your concierge or mail room to see if they are holding the package for you? Once you’ve had a chance to do so, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further if needed.
