Lucas was excellent
Installation engineer Lucas was excellent. He explained what he had to do and did a clean job. After he had finished, I could not tell that a tracker had been fitted - except that my car was a bit tidier! 5 stars for Lucas.
HPC need to have more people on their phones, otherwise this would have got 5 stars.
The Tracker website and guides could be better. I have not included that in my scoring.

Extremely clear and easy to understand…
Extremely clear and easy to understand description from Luke of how he discovered upon meticulous examination that BMW had fitted the tracker device incorrectly before handing over the new car so that the device never functioned. The device did not provide the promised antitheft protection at any point. Luke took photos and wrote a detailed report of BMW's bad workmanship. Luke's Head Office instructed him to fit a completely new device. Luke did this patiently and with attention to every detail. Luke did not leave until he had tested the device with his Head Office and confirmed with them that it worked 100% so that, for the first time since the car was handed over, it has functioning antitheft protection. Thank you, Luke
PS Because of total failure to fit correctly the tracker and therefore its dsyfunction, we have suggested thet the Tracker company should as a saftey precaution recall for testing all trackers fitted in High Wycombe: can it be that ours was the only car mistreated?
