Had an instal time from 9 to 1pm
Had an instal time from 9 to 1pm. No show. No call. Customer service number not answered 3 calls up to 15 mins each.
I fail to understand how difficult it is to tell the end user when they cant meet a time.
This result makes me question the star rating in trust pilot.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, the engineer that came was very professional. Would have been better if we could have had it done at the mrs work place, but it’s understandable due to certain circumstances it couldn’t have been done away from the vehicle address.
