Icewear レビュー

I bought a pattern but haven't knitted it yet. It looks really good, though.

I visited Iceland a month ago and bought a few Icewear items. I had purchased a wool-blend vest back then—which was wonderfully warm and fit perfectly—but I hadn't bought a long-sleeved version, so I decided to get one this time. True to form, it is lightweight and warm. It’s fantastic. Now, I’m actually looking forward to the coming winter.

Perfect for the soft shell. Vey confortable. Fall good on me.
But for the slippers, they are unstable certainly in the beginning

Received my sweater promptly and I love it!

I purchased another product from Ice Wear, and it is well made, though overpriced. Terrific service and shipping.

Excellent quality and service, very pleased with the whole process, will definitely order again.

Beautiful cardigan! Highest quality wool - soft and comfortable, I love it!

Easy to order internationally and for the order to arrive safely, the quality of the products is great (as expected)

Wonderful product, prompt shipping. I saw their products in Iceland but couldn't find my size. Ordered online after returning home and couldn't be happier with my purchase!

This was the easiest site that I ever used. Less than 7 days to send products half way around the world. A great experience

Nice product, good sizing easy process

I really like your sweaters. I already have three. I also gave my mom a beautiful cardigan.

Very good quality
Delevery service was very rapid

Ordinare è molto facile, e l'acquisto è stato rapidissimo e a prezzo conveniente.
Purtroppo il prezzo di consegna è stato abbastanza costoso e ha impiegato molto tempo, (soprattutto in Italia!)

Good fit, nice stitching, happy with vest & rain coat.

Unfortunately I did not like the sweater. A return label was supposed to be included in the package but was not.
Contacted support 6 days ago and still have not heard back. Tried again, have not heard back. Web page with support link goes to 401 not available . I am now disputing this charge. I would NOT recommend buying from this company. 8/24/26 follow up
Customer support refuses to send a return shipping label for DHL for international return even though I go to Washington DC area once a week and can easily drop it off at DHL location.
Customer web site support links go to 401 not available. No help there
Customer support response did not not provide any instructions or addresses to ship to overseas to return the item.
Instead, Support wants to offer 30% off another item . Who would ever buy from this company again?
Its impossible to return this sweater to this company which I cannot wear as it is too itchy. I want a refund
I see a pattern from other Icewear reviews on Trust Pilot of buyers who have experienced the same lack of customer service issues.
Buyers please beware.

Very well and quickly received.
Everything was just perfect.

Fantastic light and warm and everyone loves the dolphins.
