The communication was good! Delivery fast!

I ordered products online and had them delivered to Sydney within 5 days. I was very impressed. All products as per description and sizing correct.

Prompt delivery, quality is as advertised.

I live in Australia and bought an Icewear jacket years ago when I visited Iceland. It blew away when I put it down when on the top deck of a cruise ship. I was so grieved as it was my favorite jacket. I liked everything about it. The style, fabric, colour, comfort. Fortunately I was able to order another on line & it took less than a week to arrive. Its still my favorite jacket and looks as good as when it first arrived. So I thought I would order warm leggins. They arrived within a week and I like everything about them. The cut, warmth and really like the draw string at waist for the perfect fit. I bought them for my cruise to Iceland next week. Being leggins they wont blow away! Im looking forward to visiting Icewear shops with a view to buying more of their great clothes.

I love my Icewear jacket so much! I bought the same one in blue when I was in Iceland and now I'm replacing my black North Face rain jacket with this one in black. It isn't cold and plastic feeling like some rain coats. The shipping is expensive but I hit a sale to offset the shipping cost. Very excited about this purchase!!

We visited Iceland a few years ago and purchase a few Icewear items. I was surprised to see their online store, so we purchased a sweater, vest, and two long-sleeve shirts. The quality is superb. Thank you for selling outside of your beautiful island country.

The quality and comfort of the vest I purchased is well worth the price. I expect it to hold up better then any cheap, Chinese product.

Hi, I like the products of Icewear, however I won’t buy anything from it any more, because of the high shipping ($45) and return ($35) costs for online orders. It won’t go far online, at least in U.S. markets.

Nice easy to use website with good pics. Bought in sale so happy with price. Delivery was very fast also. Very happy with the gilet very warm but lightweight. Really pleased with everything, will definitely buy from you again.
