READ THE CANCELLATION POLICY
Let me start by saying that I've never left a negative review in my life. I've been an iFit customer for 6 yrs. We started having issues with the treadmill so after the last repair this summer, we sold it. I swear I cancelled the membership but must not have hit the right button because I was charged the $428 annual renewal on September 19th. (I should've made sure I removed the credit card so lessoned learned there.) When I realized the charge it, I called them and explained I no longer had the treadmill. The agent was professional and polite but there was a firm denial for the refund even when I told her I could prove it was sold. It's not sitting in my garage and I decided to not use it anymore. I literally don't have the treadmill. I told her I would never purchase their product again.
It's just a disappointment that they didn't offer any type of resolution. Especially since they offer monthly memberships. I would've been appreciative of a partial reimbursement. It's just disappointing.
iFIT - Don't buy it!
iFIT took the annual membership money from me despite me cancelling. They are refusing to refund my £349. Customer service are unhelpful and notoriously difficult to contact with phone lines permanently not working. I had to cancel this year due to a severe and enduring shoulder injury which prevents me using my NordicTrack elliptical machine. iFIT have shown no empathy towards my situation and have been a nightmare to deal with. DO NOT BUY AS AFTER SALE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY TAKE MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION.
Painfull
If I didnât know better I would say this company was playing a Joke on me.
Over the course of the last week and a half, we have waited in 3 times for this companys delivery provider tp collect an elliptical.
On the 1st and 2nd occasions the team that arrived said they werenât trained to dismantle an elliptical, even though on the instruction sheet it clearly said âdismantleâ
They then agreed to get a special team on Saturday Morning, as we had a family event to attend in the afternoon. But on Friday night we recieved a txt to say they would arrive between 2pm and 6pm. My wife went to the family event and I stayed at Home.
BUT, you guessed it, the team they sent out for delivery werenât trained to dismantle. So I missed a family event due to their head offices total incompetence.
So now itâs Tuesday and waiting to see if the 4th attempt works.
One call out for senior management is that the reason they listed as being unable to pick up is âCustomer Unable to acceptâ. We had to have them correct this, not sure they ever did.

NordicTrack iFIT Trial and Installation Experience
My equipment arrived on August 16, 2026, but it could not be installed properly by the installers contracted by NordicTrack. They also left with parts that should have been installed as part of the setup.
I notified NordicTrack of the issue. They subsequently mailed the missing parts and instructed me to arrange another installation appointment through a different installation company.
The treadmill finally became operational on August 28, 2026. I contacted NordicTrack to explain that, due to the installation delays, I had been unable to use the treadmill or evaluate the iFIT system. I was advised that my trial period would be extended by one month, until October 3, 2026.
After trying the iFIT system, I decided it was not worth the significant membership cost. I contacted NordicTrack on October 2nd to cancel my membership and request a full refund.
Unfortunately, after speaking with three different customer service representatives, I was unable to obtain a refund. They claimed that my trial period had expired on September 3, 2026, which was 30 days after the order date. They refused to honor the extension to October 3, 2026, that had been communicated to me by their representative.
I believe this is unfair and not the way a company should treat its customers.
I hope this review helps others avoid what I consider to be a misleading "30-day trial" that, in practice, may not provide 30 days of actual use. I would also strongly recommend obtaining any promises or exceptions from NordicTrack in writing, as verbal commitments from customer service representatives may not be honored.

Major money grab
Major money grab. I've enjoyed IFit from the days when it was just Google Earth. However, I let my subscription lapse a few years. They sent me a coupon code to come back and I did. I paid for a year wanting to do the Rivs workouts again. When I went to use it on my treadmill, it now said I needed a higher tier of subscription to use it on my treadmill. What I paid them for would only work on a tablet or phone. The new tier costs almost three times more. I'm really disappointed. Tried calling to get a refund but they only do that during business hours and have no email contact. I'm afraid I won't be coming back. Too bad.

Terrible machine and terrible experience
Let us start at the beginning with this awful piece of equipment. It arrived broken. The screen did not work. I requested a service call; they said someone would call in 24-48 hours. That didn't happen. I called back; they forgot to put in the service request. Service finally happens, fixed, for now. So, at the start, I went three weeks from its arrival with a broken treadmill. It functioned for approximately 8 weeks. We moved it and set it back up. It was broken. Now it's the main frame. I called for service. They said I'd hear in 24-48 hours. It didn't happen. They forgot to put in the service request. I called back. They got me a technician who never arrived; I had to call back. Supposedly, they will get me a new technician. We now had the treadmill in our new house for just under a month broken. If we do the math, this treadmill has worked for approximately 8 weeks out of the 5 months we have had it. One person at the company promised me a new machine a few weeks ago. He emailed back an hour or so later, saying that was inaccurate because the treadmill has worked for close to 8 weeks. That is their standard: 8 weeks. If you spend multiple thousands of dollars on a piece of equipment, you expect it to work for 8 weeks. This review does not account for the many wasted hours on the phone with IFIt. IFIT, I challenge you to say I am wrong when I have approximated my time on the phone in the multiple-hour range. They will say everything you want to hear but rarely accomplish it in their first attempt. Be prepared to set aside a lot of your time, not to get into shape, but to be on the phone with people who inevitably forget to put in your service request. I've asked for a refund; they refuse. Remember, it worked for almost 2 whole months. This is my first ever negative review. I always felt doing reviews was a waste of time. That was until I was introduced to IFIT by Nordic. Please, do anything but waste your time with them. The purest definition of selling you something than not caring one bit if your are satified. Terrible machine and even worse company.
Update as of October 7th. Technician finally arrived. Installed new control panel and nothing. Technician has to order to console. This will be our 3rd console (counting original). But hey, at least I got almost 8 weeks of use.

I have a Nordic Track S22i spin bikeâŠ
I have a Nordic Track S22i spin bike which worked perfectly until iFit pushed a update this month. The update bricked my console, so my 4 year old $1,600 bike is now worthless. Trying to talk to iFit is like talking to a wall, they deny everything. Won't fix the problem they created. Won't even refund what I have left on my iFit membership subscription. I would not buy Nordic tracks inferior products again. I also would never use iFit again. Customer service is terrible, they "can't " do anything to help, but they "understand ". Yeah, right. Terrible Company.

Nordictrac and iFIT are a scam
Iâm extremely disappointed with my experience trying to purchase a treadmill from NordicTrack.
I initially reached out over a week ago and spoke with Kenney. I explained that timing was extremely important to me and that I needed the treadmill delivered by the end of the following week. Before placing the order, I was assured that it would be pushed through, given higher priority, and expedited.
Unfortunately, that never happened.
After placing the order, I contacted NordicTrack several more times and spoke with multiple representatives who seemed to have no idea what was going on with my order or the expedited delivery I had been promised. I was then asked to provide a utility bill to verify my address, and from that point the experience only became more frustrating.
I continued reaching out for updates, but nobody could give me a clear answer. Instead, I kept being offered little 5% discounts on things I didnât need or want. I wasnât looking for discountsâI simply wanted the treadmill delivered within the timeframe I had been promised.
And then thereâs iFIT. In my opinion, iFIT is a scam. Youâre already spending thousands of dollars on a treadmill, yet so much of the experience and features are tied to an additional paid subscription. If I spend that kind of money purchasing a treadmill, I should be able to fully use and enjoy the equipment I paid for without having to keep paying a recurring subscription.
After more than a week of getting nowhere, I finally canceled my order yesterday and purchased a treadmill from another company. They are delivering it the very next day.
The most frustrating part is that this entire situation could have been avoided with honest communication from the beginning. If you canât expedite an order or meet a delivery timeframe, just tell the customer that. Donât promise something to secure the sale and then leave the customer chasing answers afterward.
NordicTrack may make good equipment, but between the broken delivery promise, poor communication, frustrating customer service, and what I consider to be the iFIT subscription scam, I decided to take my money elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs.
Avoid at all costs.
The company supply products that break easily, and they have no intention of helping you fix them, even after a short period of less than 12 months ownership.
Iâm now left with a commercial Nordic treadmill that broke after 10 months and they have no desire to help.
They sell products with obsolete hardware, with no remedy or solution.
I strongly advise you keep your money in your pocket and go with a large reputable supplier.

Great equipment, but the cancellation process is a failure
Great equipment, but the cancellation process is a failure
The equipment and workouts are fine, and I have no major complaints about them. However, the way the company makes it difficult to cancel the subscription is pure dark patterns. Forced surveys, psychological pressure, guilt-tripping with statistics, and hiding the cancellation options make leaving the service unnecessarily complicated and discouraging. Such practices toward loyal customers are unacceptable.

iFit ããã®åç
I paid for maintenance on my treadmillâŠ
I paid for maintenance on my treadmill because the belt had started fraying along one side. The company sent a technician who replaced the belt with a new one, but just a few months later, the replacement belt started fraying in the exact same way.
I contacted the company expecting them to stand behind the repair, but I was told that if the problem had happened within a month, they would have fixed it. Since it had been a few months, however, I would have to pay another maintenance fee.
What makes that even more frustrating is that I only used the treadmill 14 times during that entire span. So, based on actual usage, the replacement belt essentially failed within about two weeks of use. This clearly wasnât a belt that had been heavily used for several monthsâit started having the exact same problem after very limited use.
At that point, I decided I was done giving them more of my money. I cancelled my iFIT membership and will figure out how to fix the treadmill myself. Iâm sure a quick YouTube search will at least point me in the right direction.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I cancelled my membership, they simply removed my credit card from the account instead of prorating or refunding the unused portion of my membership. I obviously wonât be using the service while my treadmill is unusable, so that feels like even more wasted money.
Itâs extremely disappointing to pay for a professional repair, use the treadmill only 14 times, have the exact same problem return, and then be told I need to pay again to have it addressed. Between the repair experience and the way my membership cancellation was handled, Iâve decided they wonât be getting another penny from me.

I am extremely disappointed with theâŠ
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and after-sales support I have received from NordicTrack.
I purchased a NordicTrack treadmill approximately six years ago, and the machine came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original invoice. The treadmill has now stopped working due to a damaged motor.
I contacted NordicTrack expecting that they would be able to locate the purchase through their own sales records. However, I was told that they could not find any record or documentation relating to the sale. Their solution was simply to ask me to purchase a replacement motor at full price.
I find this extremely frustrating. This is an expensive piece of equipment that was sold with a 10-year warranty. If a company offers such a long warranty, I believe it is reasonable for a customer to expect the company to maintain sufficient records to verify the purchase and support warranty claims during that period.
I accept that I have misplaced my original invoice, but I find it very difficult to understand how the company that sold the treadmill also has no record of the transaction.
I am now left with a treadmill that is approximately six years old and should still be within its advertised 10-year warranty period, yet I am being asked to pay the full cost of a replacement motor because NordicTrack cannot locate its own sales records.
A 10-year warranty provides very little reassurance if, when a customer needs to make a claim several years later, the company cannot locate the purchase and simply asks the customer to pay for the replacement part.
Based on my experience, NordicTrack's after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I will also be raising this matter with Consumer Affairs Victoria and reporting my experience to the ACCC for further consideration.

The workouts and trainers are great... but ZERO customer service
The workouts and trainers are great! I had been a member since 2022 with my NordicTrack Treadmill, and enjoying the workouts. At some point the membership packages changed, suddenly I was not able to access the workouts on my machine, they now required a Pro Membership at $39 USD per month which is approx $52 CAN per month, when I was paying around $20 CAN per month. The Customer Service was frustrating slow, and would not provide details as to why my access had changed, and was unwilling to assist, rather they kept pushing the Pro membership.
There was no customer loyalty, no what can we do to keep you... nothing... Nada...
Frustrated, I cancelled my membership... customer support was quick to do that..!

iFit ããã®åç
$39/month is Insanely overpriced!!
I bought an S27i Studio Cycle in 2022 for $2700 and stopped using it for awhile. I cancelled the iFit membership, which was $15/month at the time. I've decided to use it again, specifically wanting just the Google Maps part. However, I've just learned that it's now $39/month, a 160% increase! I can get an entire gym membership for that! Apparently, I can do a year subscription that would make it $25/month but paying over $300 up front is not ideal. Their suggestion was to finance it with Affirm. Are they serious?? Finance a subscription!? What a complete racket!!

Dangerous software feature
Dangerous software feature, personal injury, and six months of being ignored
I want to be measured here because I think this review is important â not just for my own situation but for anyone considering this product.
I purchased the NordicTrack treadmill (Model NTL17125-INT.0) as a significant investment in my health. A key feature that influenced my purchase was SmartAdjust â iFitâs relative speed technology, marketed as an intelligent, personalised training tool.
The feature caused me to fall off the treadmill. I sustained a personal injury.
To be clear about what SmartAdjust actually does in practice: it applies a continuous speed offset based on your manual inputs, which persists and compounds across the rest of your session as the trainer changes speed. The result is that the belt accelerates unexpectedly without adequate warning. On a treadmill, unexpected speed changes are not a minor inconvenience â they are dangerous. I have video evidence of this behaviour.
What followed has been six months of one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. I have provided multiple videos at the companyâs request, only to receive responses that repeatedly missed the point of my complaint entirely. My most recent formal complaint sat unanswered for two weeks before I received a generic reply. Their final position, delivered after all of this, was that the feature is âoperating exactly as designedâ â as if that answers the question of whether it is safe.
The treadmill has sat unused in my home since I raised this complaint. It has been attended to only for the brief demonstration videos their team requested. The machine is effectively brand new.
I am now pursuing this through Consumer Arbitration (CDRL) under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
If you are considering this product, I would strongly encourage you to research SmartAdjust before purchasing and this company. And if you have experienced a similar issue, I would encourage you to document it and know that you have legal rights â a company telling you their product is âworking as designedâ does not end your options.

This is probably the worst customerâŠ
This is probably the worst customer support I have ever experienced. It is obvious the customer support has as much knowledge as I do from just checking "Ai". I am in a cycle on my treadmill where when I choose a program to workout it sends me to warmup and I can never actually access the program. I feel like I am speaking with a virtual assistant when I am speaking with live support! They need to get a customer support team that can actually understand and help. On my second day of frustration and not able to use the ifit program.

Be very careful with NordicTrack andâŠ
***IFit responded to my 1 star review with exactly the type of customer dissatisfying nonsense you might expect from a company with such low ratings. I have reached out to them. I have filed a BBB complaint with images of the double billing, and they will do nothing. It is a far better use of money to buy a cheaper treadmill with a decent rating that doesn't require a monthly payment. Do not risk doing business with this low rated company. Look up all their ratings online before you buy. Look at the complaints and ratings on the BBB before you buy.***
Be very careful with NordicTrack and iFIT billing and equipment.
In my experience, billing has been a repeated problem. It is a known problem. I have tried several times to get the issue corrected, yet I continue to be billed monthly and yearly. When I have contacted them, their representatives have been polite, but I have been told they cannot refund the charges because of their refund policy.
NordicTrackâs customer ratings on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) are also extremely low. Based on more than 170 customer reviews, its average rating has hovered around 1.3 out of 5 stars. On Trust Pilot it is 2.8 for the company. iFit is has a 1.8 Star Review on Trust Pilot.
I don't give negative reviews lightly. I give positive reviews at least 10-to-1 over negative reviews. If I could give NordicTrack and iFIT zero out of five stars, I would.
I also own a Commercial X22i treadmill, and my experience with the equipment itself has been average- at best. I have had problems with the computer, internal fan, and external cooling fans. The fans that blow air on the user are currently broken.
Between the recurring billing problems, restrictive refund policy, and repeated equipment issues, I cannot recommend NordicTrack or iFIT based on my experience.

Absolutely disgusted by their forcedâŠ
Absolutely disgusted by their forced pricing policy. I purchased a Nordic Track cross training (my 3rd one) for over £1.2k. I now have to pay £35 per month to activate ifit on the machine, so I basically need to subscribe to my own machine, at a price I can buy a gym membership for. They used to do this at £15 a month for a single user, but now their so called "pro" account is the only one that can be used with the equipment. To be clear, this was the previous "family" option for 1-5 users. Well it's only me using this, so why do I need 1-5 users!? So I'm now sitting on a lump of equipment, I am basically blackmailed to pay for, or cannot use.
THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANY NORDIC TRACK EQUIPMENT THAT IS POWERED BY IFIT! AND BE PREPARED TO PAY A HEAVY SUBSCRIPTION TO USE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT.
IFIT, you are probably laughing at us, and you know what you have done, it's immoral.
