Illumina sarà sicuramente un buon fornitore di energia ma purtroppo si avvalgono di call center esterni , tipo Iron Power srl, che raggirano le persone e senza trasparenza ti fanno cambiare contratto per le tue utenze...
Fatta richiesta tre mesi e mezzo fà per il passaggio al servizio Illumia tutele graduali per persone anziane. Inviata la documentazione corretta e in tempo utile. Fatte 6 o 7 telefonate al call center per avere aggiornamento o spiegazioni del perchè il contratto non sia stato ancora attivato. Nessuna risposta utile, nessun riscontro, nessuna mail. MAI. Idem oggi per l'ennesima volta. Completamente inutili. In un mondo dove si ricevono decine di chiamate da call center, una volta che sei tu a chiamarli sono loro che non sono capaci di prendere un nuovo cliente. Lasciate stare che è meglio. Andrò da un'altra parte anche senza tutele graduali. PESSIMI.

This person is giving me the run-around, demanding pictures, and it's very frustrating and unbelievably rude. I will not order from Illumina again. Acting as if I'm trying to steal from them when, in fact, they have stolen from me! The audacity!
