sold the property with them to buy another off plan property so they get commission , I got scammed bad advice from them

I had a great experience with Imperial Homes. Mel worked really hard in the lead up to us moving in just before Christmas. The house is lovely.

Five stars to Imperial Homes and especially to Melanie! She has been an amazing help in our journey to purchase our first home. We viewed a number of new builds and Imperial Homes development in Bitterne surpassed all by a huge margin, particularly because how Melanie carried out an in-depth viewing of the house and remained approachable throughout the process of buying and completion. We especially loved how professional and helpful Melanie was at all times. There were times when Melanie would be more helpful than our own solicitors in chasing them for completion and steps in between. Also pertinent to mention 5 stars for one of their builders Brett who had been of tremendous help in our move in with some little detailing and to Katie who helped getting our extractor noise fixed. Five stars to the amazing team at Imperial Homes. I’m sure the aftercare will be amazing as well!

We opted for a part-exchange and Imperial Homes were amazing throughout the whole process. Melanie was on hand for any queries and gave a really personal touch. Our new home is absolutely beautiful and Sharon is on hand should we have any concerns. Imperial Homes are a smaller developer and they seem to really care about their home owners it has been a pleasure so far!

Very unhappy with their aftercare service and the communication from the customer care team is terrible. No call backs, always having to chase to get a response. Not what I expected and very disappointing.

Not very impressed with the after care service. We have had a multitude of problems with our heat pump and the plumber they use, CRS heating and plumbing, is dire. No reply to emails or messages. Now waiting for Imperial to get back to us regarding a call out we need for a critical element of the heat pump that was not fitted and so far, no luck. Really disappointed that I have to keep chasing.

I would recommend to anyone. We originally bought out 1st home through them. The service we received from all involved was fantastic and because of this we had no hesitation in buying another home

Imperial Homes has six new builds in Fordingbridge, Hampshire. The show house opened in September 2023. Melanie from HQ and the site manager showed us around the impressive homes which include Air Source Heat Pumps and well-designed windows with flaps for ventilation.
