Only entering a review now because I get upset every time I get to my car.
Poor service from the start. Had to take it the car back because they didn’t replace a damaged seal, after replacing it this was not fitted properly and when I complained they told me I could do it myself.
I didn’t notice it at first but when they repainted the car they didn’t notice the paint was dripping (see the picture) and now part of the paint in the bumper has started coming off.
Honestly avoid at any cost.

Firstly their organisation and communication are no existent, secondly the car was returned in an unsafe condition, went back and had the problem put right and returned again with no excuses or apologies, have contacted the AA as it was supposed to be their approved repairers to complain.

Excellent repairs completed to my car. Kept me in informed of how the repairs were going when ordering new parts. The car was picked up on time but when repairs completed said that they couldn’t deliver until the next week because of no driver. So had to collect myself.

The job was satisfactory, nice to have a lovely little courtesy car to keep us on the move . All good

Amazing service. Truck was dropped off, as soon as the part appeared from the distributor they cracked on and got the truck repaired the same day. They even washed and vacuumed!!! Highly recommended.

My car was picked up and returned at the dates agreed and I was kept fully informed of the progress of the repairs. As a bonus, my very grubby car was cleaned. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Without a doubt my car presented quite a challenge to Matt Jamie and the team at IRG. However, they were undaunted and unwavering - the team were all polite, Professional and friendly throughout and my car was returned in immaculate condition thanks to all their sterling efforts - First Class Service

Did a great job, only criticism is that it took
many weeks but we had a tidy courtesy car and apparently the replacement parts supply was very slow.

Communication excellent. The staff that we dealt with were all polite,helpful and knowledgeable. Car returned clean and tidy.
Have had awful service in the past from insurance repairers so know a good one !

Jamie at Hereford is helpful and speaking to just her throughout was good.
They did say they’d let us know before the car came back so that we could book it in at the MOT garage, this didn’t happen so then had a lot of faff sorting this and arranging where the car would go whilst it had no MOT.

The cursory vacuum they gave the car was appreciated as it was very dirty at the time of going in.

They didn’t have a courtesy car for us initially meaning we had to have one from Enterprise which caused more faff as 1 week in I had to return that car and collect a different one.

The repairs seem fine but we have hardly had chance to check them out as the car has been off road (due to MOT) then at at MOT garage and we only got it back 2 days ago.

Excellent communication, helpful with any queries, collected my car from home and repaired accident damage to my vehicle to a top class standard.
Highly recommended.

Car repaired ahead of time

IRG Hereford were friendly helpful and efficient and the repair was excellent.

IRG were very fast to respond and do the work, from the time I took my vehicle in for them to fix a number of dents and scrapes they got the job done very quickly and professionally. Car looks as good as new!!! Thanks IRG.

Very good experience after an annoying bump to my car. IRG were appointed by my insurers and were great to deal with. I dropped my car off, drove away in a their hire and I was contacted every two days until my car was ready for pick up. The work was good and I was very grateful for the valet of the interior of my car.
