Debora was simple brilliant in dealing with what became a very protracted house sale. She never failed to respond via email, and phone when needed. She dealt with issues arising speedily and thoroughly. Very professional, and yet "in touch" and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debora to anyone seeking an efficient conveyancing experience.

I’m almost lost for words, to describe the outstanding, steady, professional and understanding work carried out by Debora on our behalf. I have never known anything like it. The house we were buying fell through at the last minute. The chain was broken. And yet…..we found another property and in less than six weeks Debora achieved completion. Need I say more? Yes because it wasn’t just ‘done’ it was how it was done. Steady, calm, efficient, effective. Not quite lost for words but very appreciative.

She was always available to answer questions, explained everything clearly, and guided us through each step with confidence. Truly exceptional service—highly recommended!

Until day of completion all fine, had no choice but to move into a property with no electric or gas. Energy supplier advised should be running, services are never cut off. the previous owner capped services, I spoke to the previous owner, they advised solicitors & estate agents were made aware early on during conveyance. It's the local authority responsibility to uncap prior to completion. This did not happen. So I spent over 7 days battling for it all to be uncapped whilst living there. Heard nothing more from solictors or estate agents, chased many times. They took the money and ran, left me to move into something inhabitable.
No empathy no care no willingness to try to get an update knowing what I was living in. Something of standard practice on a property like this they ignored and palmed off making an already difficult situation harder.

Debora was recommended to us by a good friend and was extremely easy to deal with and most reassuring when things became stressful when we were close to exchange and completion.
It was useful to note in advance any annual leave days at the bottom of any email correspondence and assurance that work would be covered during a leave period.
One thing that did stand out for us was her prompt replies at all times. We would not hesitate to use her or recommend her services to our friends.
