Good advise received in regards to money owed by a company that went into administration, very grateful

The company who offers to help clients to then happily be “paid off” by the same people they are supposed to recover your money from. Shame

I called this company in order to get some clarification about a company that has gone into administration and spoke to a very kind, patient and professional gentleman named Codie who answered all my questions and put me at ease.

Being a small business owner, it is important for me to find support when our clients fail to pay. I contacted Insolvency & Law for advice on how to recover the outstanding debt after I had exhausted all avenues. I was blown away by the support from Peter Murray, who enabled me to recover the debt. His advice, guidance and support was exemplary. I want to share my own personal experience about the service of Insolvency & Law. Peter Murray and Marcia Abbott were instrumental and professional in the recovery of our funds.
Ten years ago I invested money in the UK property company Key Homes. The property group collapsed and the investors were in despair. In 2014 Peter Murray and Marcia Abbott proposed us their service and support to obtain the recovery of our funds.
I’m glad that I joined the group. I really appreciate their help in our matter. They were always supportive and helpful, sent us reviews and information on the matter. I appreciate their professionalism and now 8 years on and they are still serving our interests and haven’t given up on the maximizing the recovery of our funds. They secure the recovery of more than half of our investment.

Peter Murray and Marcia Abbott at Insolvency & Law have been instrumental in the recovery of more than half of our investment in a hotel investment during the period 2014 - 18. They are still continuing to work towards securing the final recovery in June 2022. They do seem to keep working away towards getting a return.

After my investments in hotel management off-plan failed and the investment management company went into liquidation, Peter Murray and Marcia Abbott at Insolvency & Law (I&L) help me with other affected investors to recover some of the investment.

The liquidators of the business told investors that there was no hope of any recovery and that we are likely to get no payment. I&L worked tirelessly for several years and was successful in recovering about 50% of the original investment.

Peter Murray has taking my company through the courts for a payment that was was clearly made up. The courts saw through this and awarded my company my courts costs. As of today Mr Murray is now saying he will be closing down himself this month so not worth chasing him. The irony in this beggars belief

Prompt and professional service. Peter Murray was very helpful throughout the process with 2 difficult debts that we were trying to recover. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I employed Insolvency Law to obtain unsecured funds for a bad debt, we agreed a winding up petition was the best route. Insolvency Law were informative and communicated at all stages to make this difficult procedure as easy as possible.
