We used Insolvency and Law to help our small business to collect a bad debt. Their service was excellent and resulted in full payment of a debt that had been overdue for months.

Very good professional service. We dealt with one person who kept us informed at all times as gave us the sage advice that we sought.

We were owed a 5 figure sum from a customer who was trying everything to delay paying, this was causing cashflow problems and personal stress issues.
We tried all the usual routes of solicitor letters etc with nothing to show.
Then we contacted Insolvency and Law to see if they could help.
They went through all the correspondence, contract etc and then suggested they could help.
With their expertise in law and insolvency they took out a court order from a London Court to stop them trading.
This effectively shut them trading and working until either the debt was paid or the court heard the reasons for non payment.
Thankfully within 4 working days the money was paid in full.
We can't thank Insolvency and Law enough for their expertise and speed of response to get this issue resolved.

I have used insolvency law on 2 separate occasions for debt recovery purposes. In both instances I have dealt with Peter Murray who I have to say is an extremely likeable gentleman that is both professional and to the point. I've always found this company to be extremely factual in their approach and as someone who utilises the courts on a regular basis I can tell you that conventional litigation methods are in my opinion flawed. I was told by solicitors in both cases to accept extremely small offers of settlement. In both instances insolvency & law have recovered significant amounts of money for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I had listened to the solicitors I would have lost over £65,000. My recommendation is very clear to anybody that has outstanding debts that they wish to recover. Speak to the guys at insolvency law and I'm sure they'll help you recover your money as they have done for me.

People always say to me get the bailiffs when a debt isn't paid. Well I've tried that and it isn't as easy as it seems on TV. What is easy is going to Peter at Insolvency and Law. For a really small fee they will get your money for you. They have got my money from a company with a string of CCJs against them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

INSOLVENCY & LAW LIMITED WHICH IS RUN BY PETER MURRAY AS ONE OF THE DIRECTORS IS NO MORE THAN A CROOK AS DEMANDS MASSIVE FEES OR THREATENS TO SHUT YOUR COMPANY DOWN WHICH IS NOT HIS DECISION. HE CONTACTED MY COMPANY OVER £400 CLAIM BY CUSTOMER WHICH IS FRAUDULENT AS WE DONE JOB FOR THEM AND THEY PAID BY CARD AND CHARGED MONEY BACK THROUGH THERE BANK WITH REASON JOB WAS NOT DONE. WE DEFENDED THIS CLAIM AND SENT BANK SIGNED INVOICE SHOWING CUSTOMERS SIGNATURE SHOWING JOB WAS DONE AND WE WON THE CASE. PETER MURRY DEMANDED £5600 OR THREATENED TO WIND MY COMPANY UP SO THATS £5200 HE IS CHARGING ON TOP WHICH CANT BE RIGHT AS ALL I HAVE HAD IS FEW THREATENING EMAILS SO THATS £2600 A EMAIL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I simply chose this company from the a Internet to ask for some advice to recover an investment I had made. The advice given was very positive and fully explained to me. I was a victim of a con artist. A fellow victim who recovered the money recomended Insolvency & Law.

I must state that the amount of stress, regret, shame for being so naive, anxiety and trouble it brought into my life for 3 months since I requested a refund was inmensurable. When I realised that the chances of me being repaid a big part of what I was owned was really slim I decided to hire Peter’s services.

Peter showed me how efficient the English corporate Legal system is!

I took 4 weeks for me to get my money back after Peter contacted the company causing the trouble and told them if they would not pay a wind up petition would be served.

If you are waiting to be repaid do not hesitate to use Peter’s services.

I was concerned because the company owing me the money said that they had appointed a UK’s leading business rescue and insolvency specialist to execute a CVL, so I feared the wind-up petition would not be effective, but Peter informed the company that owed me the money (at the time he served the wind-up petition that was accepted by the court) as follows: “In the event the Company enters into creditors voluntray or compulsory liquidation, we will form a body of the Company’s creditors to join with us in the appointment of its liquidators and it will not be (the company they appointed).  It will be a liquidator of our own choice and who will robustly conduct the liquidation and statutory investigation into the Company’s affairs and its directors and bring any further proceedings that is necessary to return funds to the liquidation estate for the benefit of the Company’s creditors.  Of course, this would mean proceedings agianst you and other third parties such as companies connected to you be it directly or indirectly”.

The above was the nuclear bomb that trigger final payment.
