inspired Sales & Lettings レビュー

Inspired Agents have provided an excellent service to us. Their knowledge of the local area and willingness to accommodate us with the multiple viewings we require has been great! I would definitely recommend them.

Been looking for a property and found the perfect one with Inspire lettings, the service was seamless and stress free.
Highly recommended if you're looking to rent or buy,you couldn't go wrong.

If like me you have moved house a few times over the past 40 years you know that a lot of luck is required if all is to go smoothly, and it certainly helps a great deal to have good professionals on your side. After a few agents have been through the door you hopefully get an idea as to which ones are actually there to help and those who talk the talk and just tell you what you want to hear. All you want any of them to do is tell the truth however that may fall so you don't get any false expectations, hopes that start to dissolve as soon as you have signed your sole agent form. Inspired Agents ticked all the boxes for us, the photos were great as was website listing, and two viewings later an agreed sale for the asking price was achieved. Similar properties at similar prices with other agents are still there - unsold. Yes we got lucky, luck in the form of Michael (Inspired Bletchley office). Try your luck with Inspired, you may just hit the jackpot like us!

I would definitely recommend Inspired being a landlord now. Danielle and her team are very professional and has always provided excellent service in finding good tenants for my properties for the last 5 years. I have also been a tenant with them 10 years ago and they have always been very responsive whenever I had an issue.

I was really pleased with all the services I received - communication was excellent throughout and everything was handled professionally. Moving home has been a very smooth process when using Inspired. Julia was really helpful with all of it and made sure everything was organised and ready to go.

Very lovely people, I’d recommend to anyone looking to move.

Great customer service during all process and great experience. Special thanks to Julia for being so professional. I really recommend Inspired letting and their team responsive and get the job done attitude.
Thank you for getting this rental sorted!

Overall a great experience. Very speedy from an online enquiry to getting a call, and getting a viewing booked in. Gave as much information as possible about the property. The viewing on the day was done professionally bearing in mind all COVID restrictions. The online referencing tool that also helps track and process all the other paperwork is great. A little lag on getting the final confirmation which left things a little tight but that was mostly my own fault for leaving things late! Julia and the team were wonderful and friendly throughout.

Just before the start of this pandemic we instructed Inspired Sales & Lettings to sell our home of 20 years. We were amazed with the attention to detail in the photography and write up used for our online listing.

Just as viewings started to take off lockdown hit the country and everything drew to a halt. Inspired were great and kept marketing our house through the 360 deg Virtual tour and just as soon as things started to open up for business again we had new Covid secure viewings arranged.

Through out these difficult times Inspired have worked hard to find us a buyer and negotiate a great sale. The onward support and sales progression to exchange has been invaluable, therefore we'd have no hesitation in recommending Inspired to sell your home for you. Martin & Michelle

Inspired made the move hassle free from start to finish. Any time that I had to contact staff they were very accommodating and friendly. Julia who handled my application was very helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to use inspired in the future

Lovely and helpful staff, made moving back to the area an easy move, good system of running things in regards to reporting any repairs, thank you

They were very helpful through the whole process and I managed to move in very quickly!

We used Inspired to rent a house in Milton Keynes, moving to the area from London. Julia was really friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was excellent. 5 stars!

Inspired where very helpful in showing us properties that only fitted our requirements. We were so confident in their abilities that we also listed our property with them. They did an excellent job of advertising and photographing the house as well as showing prospective buyers around. We felt very comfortable with the experience, especially since it all took place during COVID and the lockdowns.
They kept us informed every step of the way through to completion.
Everybody we spoke to at Inspired, particularly Michael Mason was helpful, professional and friendly.
I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Julia, Danielle and the rest of the team for a great service under these trying times.

Much appreciated.

Highly recommended Agency....

Very happy landlord!
Thank you to both Danielle, Julia and Sally for all your help in finding us excellent tenants.
From the moment we instructed Inspired we were updated with emails of viewings booked in on our property. We had 9 viewings booked in within a few days and we received multiple applications to choose from.
The references and Tenancy was produced very swiftly and the tenants move in on the available date.
Highly recommend.
