inspired Sales & Lettings レビュー

We cannot rate Inspired enough - they go above and beyond from start to finish. Michael sold our house for us three times, and in under two weeks each time! Incredible. He also managed to secure the same price each time, so we didn’t lose out. Trustworthy and reliable agents are so hard to come by, these guys are both that. Thank you 🙏🏻

Great service, definitely recommend. Very knowledgable, friendly and helpful team.

I received excellent service from Inspired throughout the sale of my previous home. The staff there were professional and everything was dealt with swifty - the whole process went through without a single hitch along the way - I was kept fully informed throughout. Staff are courteous, efficient and go above and beyond in their efforts. I highly recommend - I would not hesitate to use Inspired again!

Michael at Inspired Sales & Lettings, was absolutely fantastic!

We decided to move and after meeting 4 estate agents we selected Inspired not just because of the their product but mainly because we believed in Michael and he has not disappointed. He has worked effortlessly on our behalf. From, creating our sales brochure, setting up an open day to securing a credible buyer (We sold the property on the first viewing!!)
but more importantly working with us throughout the entire process. Providing weekly updates and liaising with both our and buyers legal team and financial brokers.

If you are seeking someone who understands customer care then look no further.

Fully recommend inspired to sell your property. Michael and Andy were brilliant from start to finish. Great advertising, honest feedback and customer care. Could not of done it without their guidance and knowledge.

Surprised about the review for this agent on their website because my experience with them is nothing short of speechless and not in a good way. Very unprofessional agents, don’t give a toss about their tenants. They promise you everything but delivers nothing. It feels like they give you the property for free when you are paying for it. Be warned and stay away.

I used Inspired Agents to find some tenants for my property. My previous tenants' contract was finishing and they were moving on. It was during Covid lockdown and I was concerned I would have a long void. Not so - I called Danielle at Inspired, she came around right away, gave me some local market advice on rent, she gave me a great value deal and got me fully referenced tenants in the property within 1 month. Excellent. No problems, lovely team, everything I needed from them, I got. Thanks Inspired!

The service was mostly good up until the point that I made an offer on the property. A few things that you need to be really wary of, though, especially if you're a first time buyer. You must enquire about the service charge and ground rent as I am currently paying ridiculous amounts a month to a joke housing association. I feel Inspired need to let you know this up front as it's a huge financial commitment. If you are buying a leasehold property, please make sure that you enquire how many years are left on the lease. The property that I bought had 68 years left, which meant that it needed urgent renewing and this cost me about £10k to rectify the issue. If the lease is any shorter than 75 years, then you should effectively add £10k to the price that you are paying.

The property that I bought also included 2% estate agent fee payable to Inspired. Since Inspired already get commission from the sale anyway, this fee was excessive and worked out to be £4000. Inspired will declare this on the website but you need to question whether that fee is worth paying or whether to go to an estate agent that sells similar property with no fee.
