Do not buy from this man or his partner. They have a fancy website that makes you believe you can get all puzzle generators for a low cost of XX. It then asks if you want to upgrade for more. I fell for both. I made a big stink about it on their website on FB for days. He messaged me and offered me a refund.

I purchased their instant puzzle generator with the assumption I would be receiving puzzles to generate however all you get is one puzzle the Word Search puzzle. I was misinformed by their advertisement of getting puzzles not just one type of puzzle for $47.00. I reached out to the seller and he refused refund. I used the software for 30 minutes and contacted seller but he still refused. Don't buy this software its not even of quality for the Word Search puzzle that was included. I've put in a complaint with PayPal so hopefully they will get involved in getting my money back.

Their wordsearch instant puzzle generator has gremlins at the downloading stage. Painful. Plus as much as they say that they care for their customers and have a support email , it's all pantomime - good luck getting any response

Do not buy from this seller (Cloudorka), as they are only interested in milking you for all the money you have! In fact, they are promoted a great deal by YouTubers, no doubt as affiliates for money.

Cloudorka (Niranjan Pradhan and BP Mishra) sell a puzzle generator, which gives the impression that it provides all different types of puzzles with the generator, but it only provides one type, and you will need to spend more money on buying more generators if you want any other puzzle types.

I applied for a refund, but they categorically refused to provide one.

In all honesty, I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not buy from this seller, as you will be wasting your money. The reason is that you can use all the different types of puzzles on BookBolt (US $89.99 p/y) for the price of ONE of Cloudorka's generators, which is US $47.00 on sale or US $97.00 at regular price. They are just NOT worth the price, especially with respect to the US-to-AU dollar exchange rate.

UPDATE (21 May 2023 at 11.41 am):

After requesting that PayPal get involved and an escalation of the issue and request for a refund be made, I was emailed by PayPal this morning that I had received a full refund from this company.

I am keeping my review here with one star because I still believe that the company did the wrong thing and the online product they offer is not worth the money they charge for it.
