I previously fitted an invisiframe kit for my P Line Brompton last year and the kit has been amazing.

So a week ago, I contacted Invisiframe to see if they had kit a kit for my new Brompton G line. They (Sarah & Lee) were quick to replay and advised that they did not have a kit but I could make a custom kit free of charge if shipped my bike to them. I took their offer up and shipped my bike. Unfortunately, my bike’s paintwork is super anodised which makes film not adhere properly so they have been unable to make a customised kit.

Despite this not working out. I cannot fault Invisiframe’s amazing service and products.

First time I've used invisiframe and can say I'd definitely use again. There was a slight Hick up but they put it right straight away. Amazing product and customer service.....highly recommended

If I could give Invisiframe 10 stars I would. Having been in business for a great many years, I can count on one hand the number of businesses that go ‘above & beyond’, but Invisiframe has got it right. I mailed them ref the new Specialized Levo 4, Megan responded promptly & unexpectedly they had already produced a kit. Delivered the next day. After deliberating & watching the video, I decided to have a go. Following instructions, with patience, it turned out brilliantly.
Mailed them that I needed a top tube section, as I messed it up & it arrived ‘free of charge’, the next day.

I made a mistake on the top tube install on my mountainbike. Invisiframe was able to send me a replacement piece so I can fix it. Special Thank you to Sarah Caroll, you customer service is very fast and your willingness to help was greatly appreciated. Wonderful company.

Quite a fiddly process.

A few of the seat rear inner sections I've had to cut slightly in places otherwise they would overlap.
The main parts were ok.

Use Invisiframe, they said, it will protect your frame they said.

Sadly the wipe (100% isopropyl alcohol) that they provided with the kit to ‘clean’ the bike before applying the film irreparably discoloured my frame. No cleaning product managed to resolve the situation. From black, it turned spotty grey. From new and beautiful, my bike turned cloudy and spotty.

I emailed Invisiframe immediately hoping to find help.
No reply.
After five days I contacted them again via their website.
No reply.
After 10 days I emailed them again telling them that the manufacturer does not suggest using l on frame demanding a resolution.
They said that their designers will take a look.
After 15 days I have sent a reminder.
No reply.
After 20 days I have sent a reminder.
No reply.
After 25 days I wrote this review.
They will never acknowledge their responsibility or resolve my issue.

I do not want to waste any more time with them.
I hope you won’t either.

I've used Invisiframe on several bikes and have always been impressed their product. Unfortunately they didn't have my frame size in stock when I tried to buy a kit for my latest bike. I contacted Invisiframe and ended up having a lady called Sarah as my main point of contact. They had a frame the same size as mine coming in the following week to use as a template and Sarah's communication with me regarding timeframes etc was superb. Sarah contacted me today to say my kit is being posted and I received notification from Royal mail this evening that it's being delivered tomorrow! 5 star service, highly recommended.

The Support from InvisiFRAME is absolutely amazing. Had a few issues with Paint on My TREK Slash, which turned out to be a factory paint issue (TREK won't honor the Warranty for Paint! (guess where the next review will be). However - InvisiFRAME not only sent out replacement parts but printed custom TREK Decals to help me cover up the paint damage. Needless to say I'll never buy another TREK, but would never hesitate to recommend InvisiFRAME to anyone. Fantastic Company, who are at the end of a phone if you need advice or have any issues. 5 Star Company. Thanks specifically to Sarah and Nathan for everything...you are TOP people!

I was a little bit unsure about the kit because of the price, but i went for it anyway. Kit arrived the very next day😊. Very well packaged with everything that you need for the job. All protection also fitted perfectly to my frame, 2014 stumpy carbon.
Customer service was also perfect, very kind and helpful in making sure that I got the correct kit. Would I recommend. DEFINITELY ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I usually use helicopter tape on my bikes but I bought a new stumpy evo, and I thought I'd give a go to invisiframe. Installation was a nightmare and took half a day. Followed all instructions, watched videos beforehand, so everything should be fine. Well, nothing was fine...
1. The pre cut pieces had to be cut to smaller pieces to be able to fit them properly.
2. Whatever I did air bubbles where everywhere.
3. Pieces didn't stick properly with the included agent.
4. A few days later, after the first ride the edges are already coming off and dirt goes underneath the invisiframe, making the bike look disgusting.
For £90 this is a bad joke and a straight rip off.

Purchased a kit for my 2023 Cube stereo hybrid 160 SLX ebike. I did watch as many youtube vids as I could stomach..... I was a bit apprehensive when came the day to do the job for myself.... very straightforward it was but time consuming.... just take your time and use plenty of spray solution (you won't run out of it), highly recommend the kit for any potential bikers...

No one needs to be scared about invisiFrame. Great product, great support, easy communication and I did receive my Framekit within 24h delivered to Germany.
I order a lot internationally, but from now on invisiFRAME will be my top example for international orders 🤙🏼

Dropped the 4kg battery pack face down off my Trek Rail onto a concrete garage floor. Originally the pack paintwork looked damage, BUT as INVISIframe
claim, it pretty well self-healed over a day or so and no tangible damage was evident and it was not necessary to replace.

I bought the Fox 34 2022 fork kit: after installation I notice that on the drive side stem the "junction" is positioned in an anti-aesthetic way. It could be designed behind the stem.

Not too difficult to apply though it takes a while to do a whole bike. Staff were excellent in getting back to me about a question I had and even enclosed the correct wrap.

Firstly my order ended up in Scotland this is down to courier error, however, worth noting. I’m really impressed with the product, does absolutely what it states it’s should do so very impressed, and I’m glad I took the decision to protect my brand new trek rail frame, my only gripes are the fact there are some area on the bike that click early could be protected either with a few extra slips of protection or in fact just the remainder of the frame, basically the top side and underneath of both down tubes, basically it’s like a 3/4 wrap of protection, not sure for the reasoning on this other than reducing there own cost however I would prefer to be able to protect the top of the down tube and the underneath of the top tube…. Are there any plans to amend the placements or designs? Just seems like you could protect these areas and simply you get tk the end of you sheet and your like huh why are these 2 large areas unprotected, and then ok the forks aren’t frame but again an option to include might be worth it, forks are generic surely easier to design the wrap? Again good quality product just a shame some areas are still exposed…..
