We bought 2 electric bikes from I scooter and I have been really impressed with the quality of the bikes, we bought them to take on holiday with us, they worked to perfection and were really easy to ride, the battery is amazing and never let us down, we got asked all the time where we bought them from and we had no problem recommending this company because I know they will deliver what they promise.
We were so impressed with this company that when we wanted to buy a hoverboard and scooter for my grandsons birthday we used this company because I knew the quality of these items would be excellent.
We had a slight problem with the order, and needed their customer service which turned out to be excellent, nothing was a problem and it was sorted out with in a day.
I would recommend this company if you are looking for any electric bikes/scooters/hoverboards.
It is great to find a company that delivers what they promise.

They do not honour the topcashback. Only reason i used them.
Not a good look. Would not use again.

The scooter itself is ok. Doesnt go the speed advertised tho.

The process for purchasing was easy, the product arrived in good time, was well packaged and my wife absolutely loves the scooter,which was a Christmas gift. The additional 1 year warranty free was a bonus!!

I purchased the ix4 for my grandson as a Christmas gift 2025.
We have been super happy with all aspects of the scooter and it has been performing perfectly.
We came across a problem in May 2026 ( a rare occurrence with said scooter im told ) so i emailed iscooter and they exceeded my expectations.
A brand new scooter is in transit . Well what can i say except ‘you cannot expect any more than that ! ‘
All staff were most helpful thank you iscooter . I would definitely recommend this company .

Do not buy from here. Scooter stopped working after 2 weeks of use. Contacted them numerous of times. They wanted myself to diagnose the problem for them. Ignored anything to do with a refund or sending it back for repair. They had a part sent to me from china. Connected it all up and still doesn’t work. Contacted again and just been ignored

I think this is a great company. I ordered a scooter off them, it was working then a part had broke. They were fast and friendly at getting back to me, they also sent me out new parts, that was very nice of them. I’ve one happy boy back out on his scooter again. Would definitely recommend. Products are great.

Exceptional customer service, by far the best service I have ever received from a company, my scooter delivered a fault with the throttle and iscooter provided a quick and efficient way to get this fixed putting me as the customer as a priority, I can’t speak highly enough of this company and if I could give them 6 stars o would.

This company is absolutely incredible! An Amazing deal... I went for the blue Iscooter x02 pro as it was in a sale! It arrived very quickly! The scooter was easy to put together and looks stunning in blue 💙 and 100% brand new with a heap of accessories. The sales team were amazing! It drives like a dream. A million percent lucky to have found such an awesome website! I highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Also ich habe meinen T4 e-scooter bei i-scooter vor ein paar Monaten bestellt und der kam auch sehr zügig bei mir an ,da ich sehr viel fahre und in diesem Jahr schon 3650 km gefahren bin hätte ich einen neuen Reifen hinten gebraucht , ich muss echt ein Lob aussprechen an den Kundenservice für stetige schnelle antworten.jedenfalls hab ich mich dazu entschlossen einen neuen Motor mit komplett fertigen Schlauch und Mantel zu bestellen der war günstig finde ich für 110€.
Der Kundenservice hat mich auch direkt aufgeklärt das sie den selbst in China bestellen der aber dann direkt zu mir geschickt wird! Gesagt und getan ,der Hinterrad Motor war innerhalb von 10 Tagen bei mir angekommen (aber nur wegen Feiertag dauerte es drei Tage länger).
Alles in allem war es ein sehr guter Service den ich beruhigt weiter empfehlen kann.

The cadence sensor in the pedal crankshaft failed on my U2 after the n=bike had done around 1000 km. I contacted customer service and after explaining the symptomns they said they would ship a replacment sensor.
The new sensor arrived a week later, was easy enough to fit, and has resolved all problems.

I received the scooter two weeks ago. The charger didn't work. I still haven't received a replacement after numerous phone calls and emails. Customer service is like dealing with AI slop generated responses.

i ordered a new battery on the German website, and a week later i received a message saying the battery would be out of stock until july.

shortly after that, i got an email from customer service in hong kong, saying the battery would be sent to germany via DHL express. a week later, I was already able to install the battery in my scooter.

it doesn't get any better than that!

First it is good communication and help. My new scooter came with a little problem, but together we could solved it. I am very happy now, allthough my weight it takes me more than 30 km in highspeed. Thats very good for me and satisfying.

Bought an electric scooter for both my daughters for Christmas. One is still functioning, the other is completely non-working, therefore I can conclude that the issue was there at the time of purchase. I have tried to resolve the issue with the customer services team but to no avail. The scooter is less than a year old, the back wheel locks and is very unsafe to use. I believe this to be a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the product is faulty despite normal use and age. Iscooter have ignored my repeated request for replacement, repair or refund and have without my consent or agreement, shipped spare parts to my address as if that will solve the issue. They are trying to circumnavigate the law and are very uncooperative. Under 5 months of light use does not constitute a product fit for purpose. Very bad company to deal with.

Poor customer service. Order was NOT delivered in 1-3 working days as stated on the website. 5 days after ordering has not even been collected by the courier (as per the tracking number) Customer service AI generated and not interested. Spoilt a birthday surprise gift!

I bought the iScooter EB3 Electric Mountain Bike and I love it. It’s powerful, comfortable, and really fun to ride.

This has now been resolved they refunded me the money. New customer service lady handled it well and said customer service team is being improved.

TAKING THEM TO COURT SOON. HOPE THE JUDGE TAKES THEIR LICENCES AND THE OWNERS AND THOSE INVOLVED GO TO JAIL. THEY POST A REVIEW THE DAY AFTER SAYING SOMEONE HAD A FAULTY SCOOTER AND IT GOT SORTED LOAD OF LIES. 🚨🚨SCAM COMPANY🚨🚨

Sent a scooter back due to incorrect photos about the scooter being able to used in the rain. Once they received it back they wouldnt refund me £650. My bank got back £450 the rest wasnt refunded because it was done with paypal and iscooter sent me messages offering discount on the scooter until it reached past the 30 days on amazon. After returning they stopped replying. There comments here saying they are going to help are lies the emailed me sayin they would look into it then stopped replying chased them they said still looking into it months later replied they havnt responded. They are a scam deserve to be shut down and in prison for fraud all the good reviews are fake.

I have just started working for a bank once settled in I will be getting advice on how to make sure u are prosecuted and I get my money back.

In response to ur reply - We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify that this order was placed in 2024, and the return and after-sales process was handled at the time in accordance with our policies and communication records.

You didnt refund me any money after I returned the scooter to you it hadnt been used or even charged or taken ijt the house. I had to issue a chargeback claim with my bank and they couldnt get the fill refund as part was with paypal. You still owe me £200. You say people contacted me ye to say they would look into it and help then they stop replying. You didnt refund me anything from ur side and took around 6months or more to get part of the money back from the bank. This is why ur company is a scam and should be shut down.

If its clear that the scooter shouldnt used in the rain why was there a photo of it in the rain used on ur website. Again scam.

Everything Im saying is factual ur company is a disgrace. I will get this resolved and will be taking the matter further with legal support when I can afford to legal funds and will seek advice.

THEY GOT ANOTHER £50 BY SAYING I SHOULD PAY TO RETURN IT AND UPON RECEIVING IT THEY WOULD REFUND THIS I GOT £0 REFUND FROM ISCOOTER WILLINGLY YOU ARE A SCAM COMPANY

The whole delivery process and order of my product was great.
The scooter was delivered as advised and I'm very happy with the product.
I would recommend Iscooter as a great company to deal with.
