For installation, milestones are important, as is the ultimate quality of the product. ITS promised no more and no less than they could deliver and our expectations were well managed. Realism is worth more than a thousand empty promises. Excellent service and product.

Thus far, a few weeks in, our experience of ITS Technology Group is very good. Their staff are polite, experienced and consistent and manage to give us the confidence we need and expect to rely on their services.

ITS installed a 1GBit leased line to our hotel. They have been very helpful and professional; it has been a really seamless transition of services.

I have dealt with ITS as a Broadband customer for a considerable length of time. Living in a village without access to wi-fi of sufficient Bandwidth over a landline to conduct my photography business was extremely difficult. ITS has come to the rescue and I now enjoy 20Mbs download and 10Mbs upload via a local mast. Always professional - with the recent upgrade to the local network and keeping me informed of progress at all times plus facilitating completion of the Welsh Government grant application.
The most important elements to me as a customer are continuity of service, direct access to a single point of contact when necessary and price. On very rare occasions when I have lost access it is restored very quickly as it will be apparent to ITS at their network control centre. This would be a different story if my Broadband was delivered by landline.
I have recommended ITS to a number of neighbours and will continue to do so.

These people keep sending me invoices despite telling them every month since September last year that I've moved premises. It's now January!
Really hopeless and very expensive.

I asked for this connection a couple of years ago and had lots of reasons why not, the change of management in the company has changed the the approach to a much more can-do attitude and I now have a brilliant 46Mb/second service

Company broadband
I needed a true reliable connection to the internet, due to work arrangements. All "high street" providers, cannot match the SLA and requirements I had. Obviously money was as well a factor.
I found this company and made order for my new connection.
Not only the process was easy and quick but the point of contact and support was on the highest level. Much higher than I expected.
I'm now on their connection. enjoying trouble free internet access. Big thank you to Adam who helped not only to setup the new line but with tweaks of my internal network to made the line fast and secure.
As you can see they are based in Chester/Wakefield, I'm based in Essex. So no problem to set you up wherever you are in UK.

This is by far the best broadband service I have ever had, I live in Woodlands and this proved tricky with previous providers. My internet is very fast and constant, no buffering and lots of different devices can be used at the same time. My download speeds are very fast!

We found out about ITS Technology from several people who live near us in a country area of Anglesey. One phone call and the friendly staff set us on our way. The process was completed easily and without fuss. We now have a fast broadband connection for the first time since I bought a computer many years ago.

We were looking for a reliable telecoms service provider after an exhausting search, ITS provided us with a highly competive price, the solution has now been in place for a week and I am delighted. Fast install from signing the deal and a complete demonstration on the kit from the install team onsite to me and my staff. We have joined ITS as we are in a rural location and they offer by far the best speeds and a very good value service for 50mb. Most importantly their service is exceptional. Great communication - when they have a problem they let you know and when we had a problem (due to our refurb project) they could not have been more accommodating (and understanding) - very impressive and nothing like dealing with BT, EE, Talk Talk etc. Quick, efficient and perfect customer service. We highly recommend ITS.

Running a busy outdoor pursuits centre as we do requires fast reliable internet. This is exactly what we have had from ITS. The new network, installed last year moved this service on to another level for which we are extremely grateful. We understand that there will be occasions when the system will fail, but, on the rare occasions where there has been a glitch, the matter has been dealt with very efficiently, and we have been kept informed. Without ITS we would have to have set up offices elsewhere, and running the centre at all would have been very problematic. ITS offer a fabulous service.
