Oh my goodness finaly a company with


Oh my goodness finaly a company with excellent communication and customer relation skills, nothings to much trouble. Not had much down time but get informed all the way and a follow up email to check service back to normal if there is ever a problem. I can't fault this company at all.

Great Service.

Running a busy company that is heavily reliant on efficient online services and telecommunications we switched to ITS recently and are very impressed. Any issues are quickly addressed. Working together we have tailored a package with them that works for us. Customer services are always genuinely interested in feedback or any suggestions which is so refreshing! Always feel valued. Great work ITS.

Excellent support service and advice

The ITS team have been excellent in providing the support we need to run our business effectively and efficiently. When it comes to IT and technical performance, you know that things are great when there are no complaints about systems or computers not working! The ITS support team are always on hand when there is an issue to help us resolve it, and proactively advise and support us when it comes to upgrades or changes needed. I recommend them for any business IT support or consultancy needs.

Reliable Broadband with great customer service

We have been with ITS broadband for over 18 months now, in that time it has been super fast & totally reliable. Only had one time when we had an no broadband issue and Janet in customer services pin pointed the problem straight away - Stupid me had accidentally kicked the cable out of the back of the PC :-)
Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

5* service, super-fast delivery! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend ITS Technology Group. Everything from project discovery to project delivery was a smooth transition with little disruption made to my day-to-day business activity. I would happily recommend them to anybody looking for IT Managed Services, Telecoms and Broadband solutions. Thanks ITS Team for excelling in everything you do!

ITS-VoIP Solution ideal for us.

We are a specialist tuition organisation focusing on Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Special Educational Needs. We recently moved from a centralised building to delivering our services online, with tutors delivering via Skype.
We needed a reliable and flexible phone system to preserve our well known number, but also one which would allow our PA and tutors to receive calls wherever they needed to. We found ITS's VoIP Cloud solution to be exactly what we needed, and the staff were helpful from initial enquiry through to handover. Many thanks.
