Coming to the decision of doing an IVA wasn't easy, the are so many charitable and non charitable organisations out there that provide endless information on the process. I initially seeked advice from a third party, however they made it seem much more complex then it actually was. I found the person I was speaking to from the third party company really difficult to communicate with. However, when speaking to Keith from Iva. Com, I found he was very friendly, he explained the process extremely well, he made the process stress free and was quick and effiecient in getting the process started for us and I am glad to be able to be able to say I am now on the road to be debt free in a matter of 5/6 years. After searching for a solution for us from many companies and charities I can honestly say Keith put us at ease straight away and we wanted to work with him to find the best solution for us which he did no problem a very understanding man with vast knowledge of this type of problem I’m glad we chose him and and he didn’t let us down now we can get on with our lives without the constant hassle and worry.

If like me your in alot of debt these are the people you want to speak to Keith was excellent with dealing with me and my wife explaining all my options avaliable to me and was at the end of the phone when ever I needed to chat as a result I'm now on the road to being debt free in 5 years instead of not noing when it would end I can finally sleep atnight and not getting anymore phone calls

Although I am in my late forties, I found myself having many a sleepless night worrying about my finances over the last 3 years or so. I do not lead a luxurious life by any means, but found the simple day to day bills were piling up.

After being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, just over a year ago. I notified the DVLA, as is required by law. They revoked my licence, with immediate effect. This meant I was unable to work, resulting in no income and spiralling debts. I was in a depressed state and could not see a way forward. A friend took me to the Citizens Advice Bureau,. I am writing this review for anyone out there who is suffering from debt crisis and feeling desperate in trying to find a solution. It was due to reading earlier reviews on IVA.com that led me to making the phone call. I hope my review helps you make your call, you won’t look back.

We left the CAB on 10/12/18 after several visits to assist with my friends’ debt crisis. We understood they were able to help him. It was a shock to be told on that day there was nothing they could do as he was not earning enough money to put a payment plan in place and the only solution would be to sell his house to repay all his debts.
