Horrible experience to get my refund - your sales team gave me the run around by sending NUMEROUS emails to me requesting info not within your written refund policy on your website. Poor Sizing and Deplorable "customer service"
I tried to get the "Customer Service Representative" to understand my plight, in that I purchased a jacket for a friend as a surprise gift. There was no way I was going to measure his body to meet the exact specs of Jackets Creator size chart. I simply ordered the size jacket that he always wears, leaning large and thus ordering him a large.
JC's sizing chart is a joke, and so is their "customer service." The jacket I received for my friend does not match any other size jackets that he wears.
I contacted the company toward an exchange and mentioned to them that the jacket does not fit like any other jackets my friend wears. They were extremely inflexible, told me I chose the wrong size, and demanded that I pay numerous fees plus international shipping to do an exchange. On top of this, they kept calling me "customer" instead of my name, and were exceptionally rude with each email they sent back.
I will never shop with this company again.

Beverly Hills Cop jacket Love it!!…
My boyfriend loves the Beverly Hills Cop movies with Eddie Murphy. I ordered the Famous Detroit Lions iconic jacket replica. I was nervous and wondered if it would be poor quality. My boyfriend is a very picky and upscale dresser.
The jacket arrived and the quality was great. The embroidery was very well done! The sizing was accurate. I will definitely order again!!!!
