5 star communication! 5 star shipping!!!

From purchasing the jacket to receiving it, it took a total of 50 days. On the jackets creator website, it says to allow 30 days for production, and 2-5 for shipping. At a maximum it should've taken 35 days. The jacket took a whole extra 15 days to arrive. I am disappointed with how much longer it took to arrive compared to the time I was told.

The company was not good at communicating that the jacket would arrive later than expected either- if I did not reach out to check where it was, I would have been left thinking I'd gotten scammed.

Luckily, however, they did respond to my emails and tell me what stage the jacket was in- the sole positive of the customer service.

The jacket description should have mentioned that it did not have any pockets. Returning the jacket was a hassle. I had to spend a week going back and forth with customer service as to why I wanted to return it when the web site says “no hassle returns.” You even made me send an email with the tracking information showing it had been received before a refund would be issued. Very time consuming and frustrating. All could have been avoided if the description would have been more detailed. I would have never ordered to begin with if I knew it didn’t have pockets

At first I thought I’d never receive my order. Or any updates regarding the order, items take longer than expected to ship. I did receive my order. However products are great for the prices.

I do recommend sizing up and if you like oversized fits size up twice.

Horrible quality! Crooked, uneven stitching, delivered dirty and with large blue stain. Extremely expensive for something I would be embarrassed to wear...

The order process took to long. My order was placed Oct. 27 and I cancelled my order on Dec. 9 since it was still in processing stage.

Now about the jacket. The jacket looks amazing but the material is lacking and their should’ve been pockets at both outsides of the jacket and hoodie. I think this site should give details on the delivery companies around the world in countries they serve and
put a warning that customs will be included upon delivery to think twice before purchasing. Even when I had prove they forced me to pay for the customs again after paying. I had to burn fuel head down to the factory which was inconvenient by the way and they never explained to me exactly why this happened. Overall wouldn’t recommend people to use this scam website. Turn around while you still can. Save your money for something better than this crap.

They canceled my order because it was Christmas and they had too many orders.

The finished product was wonderful. Just as advertised. Very happy with the jacket. I would have liked to be more informed during the process.

Beautiful coat. Love it.

The jacket I ordered was fantastic. To be honest, the satin used for the bomber jacket gave it more of a vintage feel than a similar jacket did at a local store.

it two 3 weeks to find out my orders is out stock.
i tried to cancel and they want like 40% from the price.

The item was advertised as genuine shearling leather and it is imitation.

My husband loves the jacket. It is one of a kind and very well made.
One thing- do not expect this shipped immediately. It is all hand made to your order and is not just another jacket in stock or off the rack. It took just over a month to receive the jacket.

Haven't even received my jacket!!! Can you even tell me where it's at ? Ordered in early October !! Nothing !!

I have not received my tracking number and it has been over 2 weeks that I placed my order

Color is nothing like the original. Leather was all crunched up.

"The decorative buttons on this clothing fall off easily, and it shrank after washing. I don't recommend it."

It took over 2 weeks for my order to begin shipping. The only update FedEx has now shows that my jacket is still in another country. I placed the order on October 15th. As I compose this, I've yet to receive my jacket. Update- I received the jacket November 12 but it feels a little bit on the tight side for a two XL Their claim of wanting to fix the issue is a joke, a $60 restocking fee? I have a collection of jackets and this is the smallest 2XL I've ever had. The claim that I made a mistake when I have never ordered a 2XL jacket that didn't fit properly is laughable. I used them because I thought Affirm meant they could be trusted. I was wrong.
