Purchased new boots to replace the ones…
Purchased new boots to replace the ones I got from jackthreads back in 2016. They look and wear great and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Order hadn’t shipped after a week so I spoke with support and found out there was a delay in the items arriving at JT’s warehouse. It was a good experience for the most part. Ordering was easy, glad they’re expanding their offerings. Support was great and quick to answer my questions.

Yoga 🔥Flame is a great shirt, and a even better gift.
The shirt had a great design so I at first got me one for myself. When it came I got to see the quality of the shirt and fabric up close then I had to turn around and buy one for my friend (who is a yoga teacher). The added bonus was at the time the shirts were on sale so I got them for a steal!

Jackthreads is back in the hands of the original founder... and I can tell. I have purchased 3 items from them in the last 2 months and it looks like they are back to what they were originally. Excellent customer service + Great products... I'm glad my old JackThreads is back. Very professional and shipping was as advertised.

Not good
They lost my business when they stopped selling clothes for us thicker guys. Everything is slim, skinny, or tapered cut, which doesn't always look good on folks who aren't skinny. Their apparel items routinely run a few sizes smaller than they should. A 36 is really more like a 32. I bought a 36 pair of jeans (my actual size) a few years ago, and I couldn't even get them on past my thighs. And everything is routinely sold out. It made little sense to keep going to their website only to find out that that perfect item I loved was sold out for good. This was a common occurrence, and it was very frustrating. It is normal for stock to run out, but it is not normal for your stock to always be sold out. Customer service is decent, but their return policy needs work. If you just don't like the item, you're out of luck.

False Advertising
They advertise free returns. They do NOT offer free returns. The only scenario where the customer is not charged is for faulty or damaged merchandise, which is a standard industry practice.

Jackthreads or Jack your wallet?
I placed an order with jackthreds on 2-21-2019. Their website shows order unfullfilled. They don't answer e mails and there is no other way to contact them. The only thing I can find on the internet about them is: located on Flushing Ave in NY,NY and it says they only have 3 employees there.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
Ordered a 2 pairs of shoes. One pair came in damaged the others don't fit. Cannot get a response via email, no phone number, no refund.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, I have a feeling they are about to go out of business and are basically liquidating any stock.

I bought two pairs of pants from them in October 2018. They didn't fit. I emailed and they sent back an address to mail them to(at my cost) for a full refund.
That was weeks and weeks ago.
I have yet to receive a refund or any response to my multiple emails.
I have reported them to the FTC and the BBB as well as my credit card.
Yet, I still get almost daily emails from them with sales and asking me to buy more stuff. STAY AWAY!!
