I love their clothes, it shipped in 9 days standard shipping which isn't bad at all. Prices are pretty reasonable when they go on clearance, so I usually just get those. I don't know about their progr... もっと見る

I ordered two pairs of sneakers in mid-June. Still received nothing. I’ve sent numerous emails and a bloke called Leon keeps replying saying he is looking into it. My impression is that the company are a complete scam. I won’t let it go though.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Ordered 2 pair of trainers 20th June. 3 weeks later, nothing. Emailed them, they said they were working on it. It's now the 22nd July and they've ignored my recent email, sent on the 20th July. DO NOT USE

I have ordered a tommy shirt since June and I haven't received anything. I have also sent a couple of emails, they promised to get back within 5 working days, nothing has been done. All I'm asking is my full refund.

Good product, some website/fulfillment issues.
Overall a good website, but each order I have made something has gone wrong. 1st order was sent the wrong size, had to mail back shirts before they would ship the correct size. 2nd time the prices on the preview page did not match the in cart prices, that was eventually fixed and I completed the order, but then recieved an email saying the color was out of stock on the size that I ordered. So I had to pick another color in order to keep my order above the free shipping minimum.

The tee shirts were not what I expected. I thought they were going to be super soft when instead they are rather heavy.

Wrong item sent twice
Ordered hat and Jack Threads sent the wrong item hat, it was an easy mixup so I returned the hat and mailed it back for the correct item. After waiting several more days the “correct” item arrives and it is the same wrong hat I just sent back! Disappointed.
