Zero star customer service
I have been a regular customer for over 10 years- the staff members recognise me. I purchased my wedding outfits from Janan back in 2016 and since then every Eid outfit and special occasion outfit has been from Janan.
However I had the most awful experience and Janan this weekend. I bought an outfit for my daughter- when I got home it was an awful fit. I went back and enquired about an exchange. Since I have been a regular customer and never requested an Exchange before I did not think it was going to be an issue.
The âmanagerâ was dealing with me, and refused to do an exchange as she said it was a sale item even though it was not a sale item but I had been given 10% discount due to my customer loyalty. The manager was extremely rude to my elderly mother and also showed no empathy at all. I was trying to explain that we are simply wanting to make an exchange- the outfit I had bought had not been worn or damaged. Many retailers in the UK offer full returns and exchanges- Janan is charging high end prices but unfortunately the customer service on this occasion has been diabolical. I have never requested for a refund or exchange over the past 10 years and the staff members know this.
They have lost a loyal customer. Very very disappointed.

Absolutely disappointing service
Absolutely disappointing service. Took more than two weeks to deliver the order and had to pay almost hefty amount as customs. Have never faced any issue ordering from other websites in UK and never paid any customs for them.
