I have left a review of the manager Asfand Yaar at the Birmingham Stratford road.
I still havenât been acknowledged by the Janan customer service. Itâs absolutely disgusting and disgraceful how you can add a small trouser to a large size suit and then be told at the till by the so called manager that itâs your problem that you didnât look or read the no return and exchange. Even if you go to a normal UK retailer even they wouldnât speak to a customer like how Asfand Yar did. They are more concentrated how can we satisfy the customer with their service. It seemed like they were there for the sake of it and not to provide customer service.
You need to fix your unprofessional staff.

I brought a wedding outfit from them in good faith on the 26th May 2025, this included a jacket and Salwar Kameez. Both items did not fit me correctly once I arrived home and having visited your store twice once on the 22 June 2025 and once on the 1 July 2025, on both occasions I was told that a refund, exchange or store credit was not possible and left completely disappointed with their service and very poor customer service.
