True to their word, J. David Tax Law resolved our tax issues legally and ethically with the end result infinitely better than I ever hoped or imagined! I initially contacted the firm in May, 2019 and paid a very reasonable retainer fee in light of the complexity of our tax issues. They worked with me for more than five years on our tax matters and never charged any additional fees. Gathering all of the information and documents necessary and completing the Questionnaires the attorneys needed to prepare and file our back tax returns was a process that was well worth the effort. We were brought into compliance with the IRS and our state's Department of Revenue. During the entire process, collection efforts were "on-hold" and we did not have to worry about any attachments or garnishments. We did receive a few letters which we forwarded to our attorney and he put an immediate stop to their efforts to threaten, harass or collect. Through my attorney's efforts, our IRS accounts were deemed "Uncollectible". For the State accounts, my attorney, Aaron Cluett, filed an Offer in Compromise in which he perfectly laid out the circumstances of our case in such a way that the Offer was accepted by the Department of Revenue. He listened and truly understood our personal circumstances in addition to his knowledge of the tax laws and the end result was the cancellation of thousands of dollars of debt for only a few hundred dollars total. Every case is different and outcomes are not all the same, but I feel very confident in stating that J. David Tax Law will work diligently and for as long as it takes to get the best possible outcome for you.

If you can, ask to work with Hunter Miller. He was professional, proactive, communicative, and offered additional advice based on his expertise with tax law. He was always available via phone even despite time differences and he was able to explain all the steps I needed to take to resolve my situation.

…I received a notice from the IRS stating that there was an error on a tax return that I filed in previous years. I honestly didn’t know what to do, so I kind of just swept it under the rug…out of sight, out of mind. Well it wasn’t long before I received another, and then another. My name is Stanislav long story short. Last year 2023 my wife winning online slot machines 275.000$ and couple times more so all together half million dollars. Spoke with Jim Carpenter an attorney with David J Law group during an initial consultation regard an upcoming meeting with an IRS Revenue Officer. Mr Carpenter listened to my concerns and answered my preliminary questions and was surprisingly thorough and professional for a "free" consultation.
