Every single time I had a question, he was quick to respond and actually took his time to explain everything to me step by step, and word by word. After being surprised with state tax issues on my W2, I went to J David Tax Law for help. We worked with Ryan Bolender and Robbin Thorpe. They were outstanding!! I am extremely happy and grateful with the service I received from J. David Tax Law. They helped remedy 7 years of tax returns that I failed to file both with my State and IRS. It was a battle with my State but J. David Tax kept fighting until we got the resolution we desired. As far as the IRS, I feel J. David Tax has a great working relationship with them and they can quickly obtain results. I was also very pleased with the communication I received. They would frequently call and email to provide updates or just to let me know there was no new updates, I appreciated this very much. Overall, I highly recommend J. I highly recommend Attorney Michael Crouse, Esq. at ‘J. David Tax Law’ if you are facing a high dollar amount Tax Debt with the IRS. My wife and I knew we were dealing with a “Monkey on our Back” syndrome when the IRS notified us that that we owed them a large sum of money + penalties and interest. Attorney Michael Crouse and his Team accepted our case. It was soon apparent to us that Michael was very knowledgeable of the IRS collection process, and his explanations made it easy for us to understand the tax issues of our situation. J David Tax Law is a Scam.
They will not help your tax situation anymore than what you could do yourself.
Their employees have complained about being overwhelmed by cases and it's evident by the number of lawyers that abruptly quit leaving your case unattended for weeks up to months,meanwhile whatever tax agency they were supposed to be in contact with goes forward with liens,collections and garnishments,you are reset to another lawyer that has to start all over from the beginning with another power of attorney,this happened to me Three times.
After 11 months,over 7000,00 wasted in fees and hardly anything accomplished I finally woke up to the scam.
J David Tax Law is a waste of hard earned money and time.

Just do not have the time to give all details of this online company. Bottom line I gave them Power of Attorney and they did NOTHING. At first decent communication. But individual I was dealing with no longer worked there and nobody told me !! ( Red Flag ) things went south from there. I was told X and Y happened. I ended calling IRS when it should have been J David Tax doing what I paid up front for them to do! They did take my money real quick though. My advice do your home work. Avoid this so called law firm at all cost. ( Only 3 reviews on Google ? Not good )

I've been working with J. David Tax Law since January 2020. I paid them a total of $3000 to clear up an error with the state of California in which they owned me over $5000 because I had paid taxes for years I didn't live in the state due a clerical error, as well as help me sift through a federal issue. Working with the lawyers at this firm has been a headache from start to finish. The first lawyer on my case gave me inaccurate information and then completely disappeared, leaving my file with another attorney who was nice but ultimately asked for a positive review before the case was even complete, little did I know it never would be. Overall this pursuit has not only not been cost effective- I haven't even received half of what I overpaid California, but there are parts of my case (the federal portion) that they just completely forgot to do, and when I call for clarification it always feels like the lawyer is digging through my transcript just to remember who I am, never actually getting to the heart of the issue or answering my not complicated questions.

Save yourself the money and use a local reputable person who is not juggling dozens of case loads and who will be proactive about your case. Tax issues are stressful, I hired these guys to help me get a handle on it, and all they've done is exasperate the feeling of ambiguity.

I put My Trust and faith I J David Tax Law. I had a Large Issue to be resolved with the IRS. Ryan Bolender And Jenny Barker Were Fantastic. Their service was impeccable. Always very friendly. My issue was complex. So it took some time to get it resolved. You know how the IRS is. But they came through for me with flying colors. I give Them an A++++ I will recommend them to everyone. They did so much better than I hoped for. They were completely straight forward and up front about everything through the entire process.

My inaction created my tax problems. Throughout the entire process this firm was never judgemental in dealing with me, instead they were always encouraging and supportive while working to resolve my tax issues. They made a very bad situation with the Georgia Department of Revenue go away in a matter of weeks and had an IRS resolution in three months. I don't know what I would of done without them.

My experience with Jay David tax law was wonderful. I owed over $28,000 in penalties, fees and unpaid payroll taxes to the IRS. I was about to be levied or garnished by the IRS and they would not speak with me to make any sort of Arrangements that I could afford. As soon as J. David began working on my behalf, they imediately stopped the collections and he took over from there. I never had to worry about talking with a revenue officer or doing any of the paperwork. It was such a relief to know that everything was being handled in the best way possible. J David's fee was flat and he was flexible with payments. Jonathan understood my situation and begin working imediately to help get me out of the hole I'd dug for myself. The whole process took about seven months and Jonathan would check in with me every few weekes regardless of whether or not there'd been any changes. It was such a relief to be able to put my focus back on my business knowing that Jonathan was diligently working on my behalf. It's been almost a year now since he got the instalment agreement that I could afford approved. I am now in good standing with the IRS and my business is once again thriving. I couldn't have done it without Jonathan and I highly recommend that anyone who finds themselves in a situation like mine to call him as soon as possible.
