I purchased a Lexus from Johnsons in Liverpool and arranged with the Sales Manager that the Gosling engineer would come over to install the hand controls.
This all took place and when I picked up the car everything was fine. Your service levels are very high and I would recommend your company.

I've used this company a number of times over the last 10 years and can't fault their friendly, reliable service. From the first enquiry to the completed work, nothing was too much trouble for them. This time they designed a one off left footed pedal for my new Mercedes, which only took a week. Having not done this adaptation for this type of car before I was extremely pleased with their engineers attention to detail, his knowledge, the service and turn around time. Many thanks as I can now enjoy driving again. I would recommend Jeff Gosling to anyone looking for adaptations.

The installation was great, speed service , communication. The let down was trying to meet the installer, to understand how it works. Felt like thanks for the money, but work it out yourself.

I've used Jeff Gosling Hand Controls for many years and wanted a new steering ball with brake & accelerator hand controls added to my husband's car. The order and delivery of the controls with the installation date booked was within a month of my first inquiry, which with COVID restrictions was excellent. Staff were helpful & communication was great. The look and positioning of the hand controls are neat & tidy my husband does not find the placement and adaptions obtrusive when he drives the car and for me they are excellent as always.

When you have a disability it is essential that your vehicle is working well and the adaptations are suitable. I have now had five cars adapted to my needs. Four of those were adapted by J Gosling and I have had nothing but good service from them. The one that they didn’t adapt I had no ends of problems with the adaptations. Gosling’s do an excellent job from the outset and any problems arising they deal with promptly.

Was changing my car and I contacted them on Tuesday and they came and fitted my car at the dealership on Friday.
It’s always easy dealing with this company especially when disability things are often so hard. Just confirm with them what I needed, they arranged with the garage the fitting time and kept me informed about everything, I filled in vat exemption online and paid over the phone and then rolled up to the garage to pick up my car.

Fitted on time, not cheap but done properly.

Very efficient and helpful service throughout. My left foot accelerator works great. No problems at all. Would recommend Jeff Gosling to anyone.

I needed a hoist in the boot to help with lifting a scooter in and out of the car. The job was done in one morning with no bother and Nicola on the phone was very pleasant to deal with. Staff were excellent and guided me through the process of having my car suitability adapted fitting my needs. Amy and Helen professionally examined my requirements and made it very clear what my alternatives were. Everyone I met was helpful, knowledgeable and made the experience smooth.

Absolutely fantastic from first contact to finish. My left foot accelerator was fitted on my drive the very next day. I couldn’t fault the customer service or the engineer who fitted it in the rain.
First Class service. Would recommend to all.
