Wir werden sehr gerne wieder was bestellen, man merkt das dieser Unternehmen die Zufriedenheit der Kunden sucht und nicht nur das Geld. Service, Qualität, Design und Kulanz sprechen für ein Team der die Kunden und deren Anliegen wahr nimmt.

Poor , ordered a stocking filler from Jimmy choo , that was three weeks ago . Still waiting and now Christmas even. They don’t reply to mail , can’t be arsed picking the phone up . Your better off buying lamboutin.

I visited Jimmy Choo on New Bond Street after having an awful experience at Harrods. What can I say, other then 10/10 customer service! I was shopping for bridal shoes and I received top quality, personalised and attentive service. The assistant asked to see my dress, asked for heel height and gave me a selection of shoes to try on and helped me find the perfect pair! Although, they didn’t have my size in store, they helped me order them to my house and as I was a bride, gifted me with a special blue dust bag to take home for me to keep my new shoes in top condition, what a lovely touch! Thankyou Jimmy Choo New Bond Street for ensuring I had a special bridal experience, you made my day

Bought a clutch bag - the bag arrived with a broken strap. I asked to replace the strap - received so many E-mails please provide the following information (A,B,C etc) however no matter how many times I sent them the information - I received from them the same mail - at the end they sent me back an email - your case is solved -interesting - no one has contacted me or replied to my mail. Terrible customer service for such an expensive bag. Better to return your purchase once you received it damaged (and ask for new item) than dealing with Jimmy Choo terrible customer service.

Terrible Terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost. Spend your money where it is valued. Purchase sneakers that was over $700. Never received them. Filed a claim in September just to keep getting apologies for delay on their behalf for a replacement. Get the same line of bull every time I call. I will not recommend or order again. Jimmu Choo feed you information just to say it was addressed with no intention of following through. Clearly Jimmy Choo doesn’t stand behind their merchandise.

A truly fantastic experience with Jimmy Choo, I've shopped from them for 3+ years and own nearly 20 items! Reading through other reviews I think it's important to highlight that quality does not equal durability, these are shoes made with the finest quality fabrics which are delicate and need to be preserved and looked after. Jimmy Choo also does a great repair service, I wear mine whenever I want and then just get them repaired when needed! I tend to shop in store because they're online customer services team are not the best, plus why spend all this money not to have the experience! Shop in store. Look after your shoes. Repair them.

I was originally nervous about ordering after reading the reviews here but received wonderful service from Annalisa on chat. After a query regarding clarifying the colour of a bag I was considering purchasing, she was patient, knowledgable and actually sent me a photograph of it in a store to help me decide! Such a lovely manner and very professional too. I love my new bag and will be shopping online with Jimmy Choo more often in future. I'm already looking at the range of trainers and will order without hesitation once decided. Thank you very much!

Dårlig opførsel og dårlig service👎🏼 Jeg var inde og se på et par sko, som jeg havde kigget på online. Jeg spørger ekspedienten om jeg kan afprøve skoene? Hvorefter jeg får besked fra ekspedienten at skoene skal bestilles hjem og det er købsbetinget. Jeg svare at min veninde købte sko sidste uge, men ikke fik besked på at det var købsbetinget. Hvorefter jeg får besked at sådan er reglerne, man skal købe skoene.
Ekspedienten var usamarbejdsvillig og har ingen sans for hvordan man behandler en kunde! Skal ALDRIG ind i den butik igen, så dårlig service!!

Sent me the wrong shoes that are also scuffed 11 days ago and I’m still waiting for them to confirm if they have the correct shoes. Terrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bought a pair of sneakers Hawaii. Hard leather, hard sole just too uncomfortable for the price and expectation of quality. Customer service very polite and responsive and offered to have them back to stretch them but will take a month or so. Can't be bothered. I will try to have them done locallym You live and learn, with regret. .

Five star service from Jimmy Choo this week. I ordered a pair of shoes in their sale, they arrived two days later.
Sadly they were too small so I arranged a complimentary refund with DHL and received a refund the following day. If Jimmy Choo can provide this level of service then any online retailer can, if they choose to.

I ordered a Jimmy choo hawaii black/crosta suedes shoes 2 weeks ago until now its still on processed.emailed,called costumer service.All they said was the other department blocked my Order and they will escalate this issue.what the F**** its been like 2 weeks...very frustrating and bad costumer service.ill never order on this brand again.

Cliente depuis de nombreuses années, des chaussures de plus 10 ans et encore superbes. Je commande beaucoup moins depuis 3 ans car les dernières créations ne me conviennent pas. Je ne peux pas juger le service client et le service des retours car je n’en jamais eu besoin.

after an extended wait for a bag I ordered and paid for 'next day' delivery (before 12pm on Thursday last week), it's just arrived - 4 days and 5 hours later.
The packaging looks like it's been stamped on by a mob of angry emus and imagine my delight when, I open the box to find the wrong item. Image attached.

Spectacularly bad show all round Jimmy Choo.
I'll package this up and return it (and I'll tidy up the c*ap packaging it arrived in) and I'd like a full refund asap - including the next day delivery charge that Abdel promised me would be requested last Friday.

On m’a offert une paire de jimmy choo d’une boutique à Hong Kong. Malheureusement la paire était trop petite mais j’ai pu sans aucune difficulté les échanger en France contre la bonne taille et même un autre modèle équivalent!
SAV au top lors de mon probleme de talons. Et en plus d’être belles je n’ai jamais eu d’ampoule aux pieds dès le premier jour de port!
Personnellement mes pieds adorent!

Awful HAWAII Trainers! Very Poor Structure to inner heel causing Injury to foot!! I wore for less than an hour and they give me the largest heel Blister I’ve ever had of which 3 weeks on has Not healed yet!!!!
I Reported this to Customer Services straight after the incident with supplied pictures and Still Now after back and forth correspondence all they can offer me is the Repetitive Option exchange for the same trainer ( What’s the Point in that!!!) Or Alternative ( Yeah Right ££££ ! ) Not once in the back and forth correspondence have they even offered me the Refund option, oh yeah I Really want to exchange my trainers which will go to Florence, Pay More monies for an Alternative and if I Don’t the exchange pair won’t be dispatched !!!
It’s all about Making money, Not Accepting Responsibility or Onus for Poorly Designed trainers and Under No Circumstances acknowledging that the Customer is Right even if they supply evidence!!!
If Higher Management think that Replacing the trainers for the exact same designed item will Resolve the issue and I will have to wait up-to forever to Receive the same pair back they Must think I’m Crazy, just Look how long it takes for each correspondence back whilst emailing (3-5 days) that’s why I’m Not exchanging Rubbish for More Rubbish!!
So at the end of day I’ve Purchased £350 pair of fancy trainers of which were wore for 50 minutes and Now Reside forever in a cupboard gathering dust!!
I Will Never buy or Promote this Brand again!!!!!
As for Customer Service After Sales Experience if you have a Problem don’t waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a pair for my wife’s birthday but unbeknownst to me my wife had bought same shoes but half a size bigger also from JC. They would not return or exchange the ones I bought as they were outside the 14 day return period. Never again will I buy over priced shoes with that kind of customer service and neither will my wife.

Bought a pair of Romy flats in beige suede, only wore three or four times and each time, it was like Walking on the HELL!!! Poorly structured shoes. Yes they are nice to look at, but still they are shoes and shoes are supposed to provide comfortable walking experiences, not blisters and pain across the whole legs! DO BETTER, Jimmy Choo! You greedily charges over $400 for almost every pair of your shoes.

I bought 2 pairs of jimmy choo high heel sandals adorned on heel and shoe with gold studs. One pair in camel and one in white. They were $2000 in total. I am extremely disappointed that many studs on both shoes fell off. When I called customer service to buy just the studs they would not sell them to me! I had to find receipt, take pictures, send back both pairs and then MAYBE they would fix them which could take months. I think this is terrible service and would never recommend any of their studded or pearl shoes to anyone. Karen Fink

Bought some shoes via Flannels. Both manufacturer and retailer have a responsibility to the customer to rectify faulty goods. Jimmy Choo brushed the issues with my shoes back to Flannels, who in turn are doing exactly the same.
Given how much Jimmy Choo shoes are, i'd have expected some decent customer services. Obviously money doesnt buy class after all!
