Hats off to Gordon Rough I’ve been buying cars from Audi over the last 30’yrs. They are like part of the family really. Alway willing to go the extra Mile for you when looking to buy a car. Fantastic customer service
Gordon Rough emailed me with an offer of a new car which was slightly over my price range, he contacted me a couple of weeks later with an offer that suited my budget. He was very helpful and communication was excellent, he helped to arrange to get my private plate on my new car. Everything went smoothly and I am delighted with my new vehicle. Aaron was very helpful is setting up my Audi app and showing me how everything worked. Excellent customer service!
