Second hand 5 series purchase
I recently bought a second hand 5 series. Daniel Moates was very helpful providing a video and holding the car for me until I got back from holiday. The car was ready for me when I arrived and Daniel also helped with my private plate.
Unfortunately when I got home, I found the car had 5000 miles more than advertised. However on raising the issue John Clark resolved the difference quickly and effectively by agreeing to compensate me for the difference. This was much appreciated. But for this it would have been a 5 rating for my dealing with Daniel and the garage.

John Clark on both occasions, my last purchase in 2023 and again my recent purchase September 2026 excelled in providing a great service from Sales to Handing over of the vehicle.
