Helpful and considerate
I had initial concerns, following my cars MOT and service, with mis-information and the like but following discussions with Paul, the manager, I was delighted with how the John Clark group handled my situation and were both keen to help and kept me informed of changing circumstances relating to supply chain complications.
My experience with Paul has been brilliant and I can't thank him enough for his empathy, understanding and actions to help me out.

Great experience all round
I was buying long distance and Allan couldn’t have been more helpful. I traded in for a new car and the process was very smooth with a lovely friendly service from everyone in the garage.

A great experience
Scott was most helpful - and not at all pushy as one expects car salesmen to be! I went with the view of buying one model but wasn't convinced it was the right one for me. I looked at another and was more satisfied. Scott made no attempt to pressure me to change my opinion and was courteous & understanding throughout.

Scott did a great job
Scott did a great job. Wasn't too pushy, listened to our queries, explained everything well, with clear communication throughout the process of both trade in and new car purchase, which went very smoothly.
