4 weeks without a car
Took 4 weeks to fix handbrake and carry out a software update and do an oil change. No curtesy car offered, had to constantly phone for updates. Expected better from Seat/John Clark Group. STILL not received the promised paperwork for the warranty on the handbrake parts that had to be replaced

Great servce
Always had brilliant service when my car has been in for a service or repair. Process of booking is very smooth, branch staff friendly and helpful, car comes back clean and repaired.

Excellent customer service
Replaced our car at Specialist cars SEAT Dundee. From the first meeting with Joe Lundie when we chose our Seat, all the way through to delivery and after he has been nothing but professional, helpful, informative and all round a credit to your company. Excellent customer service.

Very efficient. I was most impressed with the comprehensive health report of my car. Mostly I was delighted that the Company were able to upgrade my SOS Emergency system which had been a recurrent fault for many months. they did a great job

Excellent service by all employees
The car was serviced and given its first M.O.T. and the brake fluid changed as recomended when I brought it in at 8am I was made most welcome and offered coffee and a comfortable seat while waiting. First class service and highly recomended.

Second Time I've Been Let Down in Four Years
In November 2022, I booked a 4th service and MOT appointment for this January as I was going to be out of the country for most of December. This was arranged for dropping off on 10th January with a pick up the following day.
When booking, I was asked if I would like a courtesy car. I said that I would appreciate one.
On the day before the drop off, I received a phone call from the service department advising me that the courtesy car would not be available until 5pm. I acknowledge this and said that I would delay my drop off to fit in with this time.
When I dropped the car off, I was informed that there was no courtesy car. I pointed out that this had been arranged back in November and that, in addition, I had received a phone call the previous day confirming that the car would be available to me about 5pm.
The response was just - rebook the car in for a different date – which I pointed out was unacceptable.
I asked to speak to the service manager but was told he was in another building. When I continued to complain, the service assistant brought another person who told me the same story.
Eventually, I was offered a pick up of the car from my home address the following day, which I accepted. I had to request that I be reimbursed for the wasted fuel.
Despite later emailing the service manager about this, he failed to respond to the issues I raised.
I have no issues with the actual service, just the front desk experience.

A Very efficient experience.
I was reminded that the service was due. IO was told it woulkd take about an hour and itdid. So I was happy with the efficiency of the service.
