John Clark Motor Group - John Clark Select Perth レビュー

Very experienced salesman, could answer all my queries. Showroom very busy, but organised. Handover was very smooth and more importantly I am delighted with my new car.

Such a straightforward process to replace my old car. All questions replied to very swiftly and very pleased with the quality of the new-to- me vehicle

My experience was great from the minute I walked in the building to the minute I left. All the staff were very friendly and answered everything I needed to know. Zero complaints about my experience and everyone there, would recommend John Clark Select Perth

Bought a car from this garage a few days after I purchased it the brakes started making high pitched squeaking noises.
Had the car into BMW Aberdeen for the 4th time for them to fix the problem to which they informed me that Motor Choice had fitted aftermarket pads (cheap pads)! I called Motor Choice Perth where the car was purchased for them to say they aren’t willing to get the problem sorted and it is not there problem but they could give me a set of pads then pay for them to be fitted myself !!
Car is under warranty for a year with them and there reply is
“NOT THERE PROBLEM”

A great experience from start to finish. Sales Executive Finlay guided me through the process expertly with his friendly, approachable and helpful manner. Every query was dealt with promptly and professionally. I could not be happier with the service I received or the car I purchased. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car at a great price.

Bought a second hand BMW X1 - most of the dealing was done online but special mention for Ryan Law who was very helpful & knowledgeable.

I bought a car from John Clark Perth last week, a lovely Ford Kuga. Joe and everyone involved were absolutely brilliant with me. They went out of there way to help me with any query I had. The car was pristine when I picked it up. I honestly can’t thank Joe and everyone enough. They’re all a credit to John Clark and I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family. There all a credit to the company

I made an enquiry for a BMW with a trade in. I was supported by Malcolm Bell who was fantastic in his approach, timeliness and detail. No question was too much and he made every effort to accommodate me. He worked out a great deal and provided excellent videos and pictures of the car. Unfortunately we couldn’t go ahead but I would highly recommend Malcolm to anyone in search of a car. Thanks Malcolm

First class sales person - David Thompson. Great knowledge of vehicles and very attuned to customer needs

Finlay was great! He always kept me in the loop with what was happening with my car. I got it fast and the work that needed done was completed very quickly.

Finlay dealt with my purchase and was very professional alongside being very personable, bright and friendly. He provided regular updates and ensured that everything went very smoothly and that I ended up with a fantastic vehicle. A1 service from Finlay and the John Clark Motor Group all round.

Friendly service and they fixed my problem quickly. Will definitely be using them again for my upcoming service.

Great experience all round, Finlay was so helpful from start to finish whilst purchasing my new car! Nothing was ever a bother and always happy to help whilst answering all the questions I had. After seeing a car online, Finlay was quick on the ball to get me first in line for a lovely new mini. After months of searching everything was made so easy and enjoyable. Great customer service all round from JC Perth 😊

Great customer service, Finlay from JC Perth did a personalised video of the car for me, answered emails well out of hours and followed up when they found a car they thought might be suitable. Sadly they didn’t have what I was after which was a shame as I would have loved to have bought from them based on the experience I had.

Staff very pleasant and kept me well informed of my vehicle’s requirements during its annual service

Excellent service, everything explained to us and we were kept up to date with our purchase. Finn worked hard to find us a car within our budget.

Excellent service. Updated on a regular basis and kept fully informed at all times.
