Was recommended to go to John Cribb & Sons when all major electrical suppliers in Salisbury did not have what I needed.
It was a great recommendation, the staff at John Cribb & Sons were so friendly, helpful and had everything I need in stock. They will definitely be my first port of call in the future.

bought new box, they promise that I will get it on 11th, on 12th I phone them myself, they sad that box still with them, but they sent it to me and I recived on 13th broken, secondhand box, smell of paint. Never again

Do not believe "click and collect" on their website. I ordered online on a Saturday morning, as I needed equipment for Sunday. I paid and got an email stating they'd be in touch. 8 days later I got a phone call to say I could collect the goods. That's not exactly click and collect. It's click ... wait a long time whilst they source the goods and get them in stock ... and then you can collect.

Apart from that - the goods were perfect.

I ordered a radiator at 1210 yesterday lunchtime with the wheels option. This is normally a wall-mounted rad and the latter option was only just introduced by the Spanish manufacturer with delivery quoted 2-3 days (for UK orders). I received it today with the wheels at 1pm. I was gobsmacked.

I bought a cover for a consumer unit. I was highly impressed by their friendly, courteous and most helful service. The item was despatched on the same day, as described and very well packed. I have no hesitaion to recommend John Cribb & Sons Ltd.

Very Happy with Storage Heater Purchase!

I bought x2 Dimplex QM100 from them. They were very good price, delivery was quite fast and the customer service was great!

Actually one of them got damaged on delivery and John Cribb & Sons managed to send a replacement in 2 days, so great!

Would 100% recommend this website !
