Brilliant company to deal with, excellent customer service and fantastic products arrived within a week of ordering for our Bailey caravan.

Really pleased with our bedding - really good quality and fits very well. Customer service was brilliant.

Fitting sheets into an Adria Twin Supreme for those that know their motorhomes is a real pain in the butt - Jonic made it easy to sort. Perfect fit, good quality material, outstanding customer service, and better night's sleep achieved. Highly recommended.

Terrible company to deal with.

Ordered matching bedding for caravan, they sent the wrong pattern for the make and model of the van. Called them up and after explaining their error to a Charlotte who apologised and said they would get them swapped out on a nominated day.

Took the day off and no delivery, called Charlotte who then said it was my fault for ordering the wrong set (they hadn’t bothered to try and contact me) so went through the whole thing again, she checked my order again and again verified the error was theirs! Took another day off and finally got the correct order.

Never did get a call back from the manager (think her name was Nicola).

Appalling customer service, incompetent staff and really not worth the money.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else and avoid these like the plague.

We wanted bedding bespoke to our Swift Elite caravan upholstery and couldn’t find it online, so phoned. The lady we spoke to was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we needed following an exchange of photos. Our order was delivered promptly and we were delighted with the quality of the goods. A great experience, thank you!

I recently ordered a mattress from Jonic with a foam density of 60. They are not the cheapest company but I am a believer of the saying ‘Buy cheap – buy twice’ and on this occasion, how right I was. The mattress is professionally made to my required dimensions and it is superbly made. It initially felt too firm for my liking but sleeping on it relieved my aching back that I have when sleeping on the mattress at home.

I also ordered a snoozy wrap which is another improvement to provide a good nights sleep. The wrap is basically a made to measure duvet cover where the two long sides and bottom can be zipped together this forming a sleeping bag configuration. No more duvet dropping off the side of the bed when we turn over in our sleep, waking up at three in the morning with a cold draft on my back to pull the duvet over me.

Charlotte and Bed were my main contacts at Jonic who were a delight to talk to. They were both humourous and helpful. Thank you both.

Our second mattress from Jonic because they are fantastic. Our 1st was for a Swift, our new one for our Coachman Laser 640/4.
The mattress is exactly to my measurements, as is the protector and two very good quality linen sheets, again to exact spec.
Charlotte is always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We received ours very well wrapped and protected from courier damage in less than a week.
Even my princess can't find any peas in her bed. Really comfy. Thanks a lot. John

The process with Jonic started very well. The lady we spoke to when we visited the showroom was very friendly and helpful in choosing the softness of a mattress. We had to provide the exact make and model of our caravan as all mattresses are made to measure. We agreed on the mattress according to its softness, but, crucially nothing was said about the much increased weight of the new mattress compared to the one already in the caravan.As Jonic is a specialist company we assumed they were experts in replacement mattresses and consequently had no reason to expect we would not be able to lift the mattress without considerable effort. When we had it fitted in the caravan we discovered it was very difficult to lift and as most of the storage is under the bed, lifting it many times is required. In fact, the bed struts would no longer hold the bed up. We spoke to Jonic about our concerns and quite frankly they were totally uninterested and said we should have asked about that when we ordered it.If any of these problems had been explained to us by Jonic we would, in all likelihood, not have gone ahead with the purchase.

I am unable at present to lift the mattress alone. I am not disabled or unfit in any way but the weight, that can only be lifted from one side of the bed, because it is an island bed, is quite considerable and awkward. We have purchased one set of gas struts at considerable extra expense and even these are not adequate and further expense is now likely to replace them with more powerful struts.

We find it extraordinary that a specialist company like Jonic did not discuss any of these issues and nothing was available at the showroom to inform customers of the problems they would face after buying a mattress.

We feel very disappointed and let down by the service we received in purchasing, what is, a very expensive item from a company we felt we could trust and who advertise themselves as specialists. Despite several emails to the company I have received no interest in the problems we now face after purchasing an £800 mattress.
